Haven’t been to a Friendly’s in ages because there aren’t many around. The waitress was awesome. Brings back a lot of memories.Kid-friendliness: The fun pack for kids was great and hugely helpful since this was a last minute stop and we didn’t pack any toys.

Have been going to Friendlys since I was a kid. Such amazing memories But today for the very first time I was so shocked and disappointed in the NE Clam Chowder. My wife and I had been looking forward to a bowl and at the same time when we took a sip were confused. The soup was not all creamy. It was very watered down and the potatoes were not cooked at all. We were heart broken. Is this a new recipe??? Such a shame. The waitress was very friendly and offered something else but it was ok. We came for the NE Clam Chowder. I hope it was just a mix up.

This is one of those hit or miss places. Last night was a hit! Great patty melt, hot crispy fries, we both had a really good meal. Place was very clean, staff was very attentive. Will definitly be back.

Terrible service, horrible food like it was for an animal, how they served it too slowly, 30 minutes to take the order and it was empty and when the food arrived they didn't give forks or napkins, the worst thing of all the places I visited ?????? ?
