We hosted a surprise birthday party at Lola’s and can’t say enough great things about the experience. From the early calls of getting our date booked, all the way to the end of the night, the staff was always willing to help with whatever we needed. We got there early to decorate and the room was already neatly set up. They provided the tablecloths, wine glasses, ice, etc. Our server was extremely attentive, helpful, and communicative throughout the night. She kept the bar stocked, brought out candles when we realized we forgot to bring some, and even stood on a chair to get the perfect group picture of all of us. She bagged up all the leftover food and cake and made sure everyone had what they needed throughout the night. The food was phenomenal as well. Highly recommend!!

Every time we go, I am encouraged there is at least one restaurant that still prides itself on customer service and great food. The waitresses are all warm and friendly. The food is delicious and generous in size. Especially for the price! We had the pork shank Osso Buco and the steak from the special menu. Both were impressive. (And we both have a full lunch for tomorrow.)The head chef Eric came out and talked with us as well as many of the guests. It’s always a great experience to go there and one I recommend!

Hidden gem. Prices are average, but the portions are huge. This doesn't mean it is not great food either. Everyone in our group of 11 was raving when they left. Will go again!

I attended a baby shower but poked my head in the other room. Very casual atmosphere which I personally enjoy. The food was good. We enjoyed chicken, vegetable mixture, roasted potatoes , seafood risotto, pasta alla vodka sauce and salad/bread. The service was very attentive and friendly. I would go back there again!

A gem of a place set in an unusual scenario. It's tucked into a former industrial complex but it's lovely and warm inside. The prices are very fair with many options including weekly and weekend specials which are a cut above and sometimes very different so very fun. The portions are huge AND delicious. We usually get two more lunches or dinners from our leftovers. It's very intimate so make sure to make a reservation! They are also very handicapped accessible and will go out of their way to accommodate someone in a wheelchair - just let them know your situation. Great food, huge portions, fair prices? We'll definitely be back!

We drove out here from Middlebury Connecticut. It says they close at 9 o’clock. We arrived at 8:15. There were more Then three empty tables, the rest were taken three employees were off to the corner, huddled up talking we stood by the door. They came over to us and said we’re sorry we are closed. It is a Saturday night. They advertised to be closed at nine I wouldn’t waste your time Coming out here. The staff look like they were from the 1970s diner it didn’t look very clean and it was completely laziness on behalf of the staff not to see us 40 minutes before closing

Such good food! We get the fried green beans every time and they never disappoint! We've gotten the sea scallops and butternut risotto which is also very good. Grinders are great too! Wait staff is friendly.

Amazing food!! Original entrees made from fresh ingredients, were just delicious. And the staff, even the owner, went above and beyond to be welcoming. Make a reservation because there were lots of happy diners!

The byob was not explained at the restaurant, they charge $2 per person who's drinking alcohol. Maybe I should know that but I didn't . The rice is good but they throw in summer squash and zucchini chucks which I don't think is necessary. The fish already had veggies which were very good but the rice on its own would be better maybe sauteed onions would be ok. I wouldn't really call it a bistro or grill it's neither of those . The chicken picata was very good chicken Lola my friend said very good but couldn't find the eggplant . It's a nice place.

Food was delicious and well cooked. Tbe flavor on the chicken was great. My only complaint is its a bit pricey. They have raised the prices.

Crowded seating. Noisy patrons. I was served 'crabcakes' that were balls of breadcrumbs with no discernable trace or taste of crabmeat.
