The fish, chicken, fries and puppies smelled and tasted like old oil. They all looked like they were in under the warmer for hours- dry, the fish had separated from the batter and the chicken was stiff. All the food was cold. The staff is always friendly but the food is terrible.

I ordered 3 meals of fish with chips and crab balls and I couldn't eat any of the fried fish, apparently fried for hours... the hard balls that couldn't be eaten and the chips the same... they have to have a little bit Be more careful because they are not cooking chicken, it is fish and fish that is not in good condition can cause harm.

The Long John Silvers food was great! It had to be made fresh because they aren't supporting LJS. The kiosks only work for the Taco Bell. So we had to wait for service. No crunchies. No LJS atmosphere. Expect a wait and Long John Silvers food in Taco Bell packaging. Sad.

Me and my husband came up to Connecticut for business. We love Long John Silver as well as Captain D’s. But this was the worst worst worst worst long John silver we have ever been to we have traveled around the world across country from Dallas to New York to New Jersey to Cali and back From down south to Alabama or areas where long John silvers at. This has been the worst long John silver we have ever been to. The food was burnt the fish was burnt with some black stuff the fries words get it was for us. They didn’t put all of my order in I had to go back . And we want of the round fall out. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible. There was more than one person that was waiting for their food that they bring it back horrible. I have no idea who’s management in there but they need a whole new management team and get rid of all those workers. If you don’t take pride in what you do it’s pointless anything you do in this world if you do not take pride.

Slow service and understaffed. Food was doable
I showed up just after sunset and none of the outside lights were on and I questioned if they were even open. I had trouble reading the drive-thru menu and when I mentioned it, the menu sign light turned on.
I asked about any sort of kid's meal and their short answer was, "no." There were no suggestions.
When I pulled up my food was already ready and they took my card, charged it, and shut the door. I wasn't asked about sauces or utensils, and of course, none were in the bags. It tasted as if the oil needed to be changed and the 2 fish meal seemed that it should have more than 2 hush puppies. I also got a large fry and it seemed it was more like a small for almost $4 (see image).
After I ate in the parking lot and was pulling out, the outside lights came on. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Clean facility. Confusing signage where taco menu is on a electronic but LJS is people run. You have to call out for a perso because they are hidden around a bend. Bro and I had fish and thought they had a salty flavor. Fries were limpy.
Parking: Not many cars in the lot.
