Not happy at all with the service or the food. The fries were lukewarm and Soggy Envy also gave me the wrong sandwich I ordered a fish fillet and they gave me a quarter pounder with cheese when I got home I opened the bag and discovered that they gave me the wrong food. I called the restaurant and tried to speak with the manager in the manager said that she could not do anything about it unless I brought the food back that night not very good customer service

This McDonald’s is never busy, but always lacks good customer service and food coming out in a timely manner. I’ve ordered food here many times and often times it’s cold, or takes so long that I have to park in their parking lot. There was a time where I placed a mobile order, and got told my order was already picked up when it wasn’t. After getting yelled at multiple times from the manager who didn’t believe it was MY order, and I tried to show proof of my email receipt I finally got my order. This place is always disorganized, has very bad customer service, and the food isn’t that great either. I don’t recommend this place and I’m glad it’s closed.

The WORST MCDONALDs in town!!! This place ALWAYS serves cold food that have been sitting around for hours! The burgers look as if a 2 year old made them, the nuggets taste like they have been there since the morning, and the French fries are NEVER hot. This place DOESNT SERVE FRESH FOOD! They serve hours old food and is sickening!! Hartford McDonalds is much better, and that’s sad that a white town can’t have a better McDonald’s. Will NEVER spend my money at this location EVER AGAIN!! BUYERS BE WARE THEY ARE AWFUL!!!

The worst experience I bought more than 50 dollars worth of food and they didn't want to give me buffalo sauce because I didn't have chiken nuggets. The cashier acts as if she were the owner of the restaurant
