So im a very nice person to everyone, let’s get that out of the way, First off they need to not hire people who don’t understand money, my total was $7.51, I gave this Girl $20.51 she tries handing me back the $0.51 because I had a $20 I said no I don’t want my change and she looks at me like I had 3 heads!! And then throws my food at me because she couldn’t understand money? Please tell me what I did was in the wrong and what I did was so awful to her? I made her job easier??? This is the only McDonalds I go to and I’ve never had that issue before in any place???? You guys need to look into her rude as hell throwing food because she’s not smart enough to understand money

You have a drive thru employee tall black guy with curly hair that usually works mornings, who is the best Mcdonald’s employee I have ever dealt with. I get breakfast just about every weekday morning and he is the friendliest guy at your store. Promote this dude or someone is gonna steal him away. Im a manager at Lowes so it might be me that steals him 🤣🤣🤣

This is not the first time I have been disrespected at the very location..My order was missing a large fries $5.50 and when I realized and went in to simply ask for food that I obviously paid for I was ignored and talked about as if I wasn’t even there!! They did not issue me a receipt at the drive through and so they retrieved some other customer’s receipt to prove to me that I was wrong about my order..They eventually presented the proper receipt and spoke negatively about me some more referring that I was being dishonest (in front of other customers)..Someone eventually said “just give her a fries” to which I was brought cold hard fries..I have learned my lesson I will not go back to that location ever they are very rude!! And the food was dry and horrible..

Family Christmas Eve dinner on our way to the airport and we didn’t get any of our sauces that we had to pay like 2 bucks for 🙄 ontop of that one meal asked for no cheese and what’s that on there? Cheese. Other than not fulfilling our requests the food tasted excellent

girl with red hair at the speaker was extremely rude. didn’t even let us finish ordering and asked us to pull up to the window. continued to talk crap with her mic still on. told the manager and she goes “i know”??? so why is she still working there.
This location deserves no stars. The manager is extremely unprofessional. Had nothing to say over the awful service and the fact we were told to pull up and waited over 10 minutes to get 3 happy meals the manager was rude and disrespectful. I will never return. They have no clue what they are doing. The employees cannot get through one meal without having an issue. It’s awful. The location needs to be closed.

I ordered two pumpkin pies they told me that they only had one and I already had ordered so they said it was a 12 minute wait which was acutally 20 minutes so I waited and I got my pies and left I get home ready to eat the pies and I look at the second “pumpkin” pie and it turns out they gave me a apple pie instead made me furious and the fact is I even tried to call and it would not pick up will not be going here anymore made me waste good time on something I did not order
