I was working on a trip with individuals with disabilities that what I do is bring them to eat lunch first and then take them out to different places that day the group was going to the movies the service was great Leani was the person who took care of me and it was a big order (15 people) and she was so good she got the whole order nothing was missing she brought it to me nice and organized it was such a great experience I was pleased with my interaction with her and the rest of the crew that helped make it a good day for us.

Service was just ok The girl was a bit rude to us as I didn't hear her ( hearing impaired) And in return I got attitude from her.
Was there at 11.07. App said breakfast ended at 11. Could not order breakfast price stuff, could not order lunch, said not available till lunch. Staff all talking. No one running register. Was not good dealing with it. Had to get mgr just to put order in due to app not allowing either deals. They need to fix this issue.

Not really friendly staff and no one really understands what you're saying. No one smiles and no one pays attention to the customers. Asked for a big Mac and got one burger instead of two. Who does that since there is a picture on how to make a sandwich right in front of the in cooks in the back. they don't fill your soda all the way and half the time you don't get everything you order in the bag until I get all the way home then have to go back then they still want the food back to give to someone else.
