Ordered my sons ice cream cake for his birthday, and also love the shakes

This is my favorite ice cream place! The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because of inconsistency. There are times I get a good amount of ice cream and toppings for what I pay, and then there are times like today.. In which the kid literally gives me 1/3-1/2 the amount of ice cream they usually give out, a "sprinkle" of chocolate sauce, and maybe a dollop of whipped cream. I have never been so disappointed! 90% of the time they are perfect. It just depends on your server I guess.

Worst service ever from who ever is the blond lady that works day shift. Very rude also. One of your questions is what did I get? I got nothing. I left. She was to busy yakking on the phone and told me to wait a minute. Minute turned into 5min. I just left.

My ice cream sundae was great my husband and son’s cones were also great. I just find a problem with the fact that I had to pay for an ice cream that my daughter didn’t like. The “creamsicle” flavor was nothing but vanilla soft serve with a bit of orange artificial flavor swirl. Had we known it wasn’t an authentic orange cream flavor, we would not have ordered it. Not a big deal, just found it a bit unprofessional to charge for something a customer was not satisfied with. Other than that, everything else was good.

Very rude and disrespectful. Will never go back again. Management needs to speak to the servers. They have really BAD ATTITUDES! If i could give 0 stars I would!!

Service is horrible. Usually kids and they always have an attitude like you are bothering them. Ice cream is over priced freezer burned. This place has gone down hill.

Ice cream very bland. Not like Southingtons. Very very slow. Board showed 4.75 each , we got 2. Bill was $18???? Was not happy. Can't say I'll go there in near future again.

Passed me the milkshake with a straw already in it. Did not like that , next time pass me the straw . plus it was cracked in the middle . My moms ice cream barely Had any ice cream mainly a whole bunch of whip cream. Waste of money! Oooo ok And your replies suck.terrible customer service .

I felt like a little girl. This place is lovely and the oreo coffee is to die for. Yum-o-licious!
