Lots of flavors to choose from. We've been coming here for a few years and its always busy which is a good thing. Prices are a little high but not to bad. Staff are usually hight school or college kids and try their best with all the flavors to remember and order taking so I can't complain.

Great shakes

I've been coming here for years & love the owners. I decided to come here today and waited at the window for a few minutes then decided to go inside. Customer service from a younger girl could've been much better. She completely shorted me with a twister. The twisters are pretty pricey so please give people the correct amount.

Came to pralines today as usual in extremely wonderful experience the owner she is a sweetheart and always so friendly the store clean as a whistle as usual treated very nicely and a smile always put on my face thank you pralines

Absolutely terrible experience. We came into this ice cream shop looking forward to a treat, but were met with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The blonde woman behind the counter was incredibly rude—no greeting, no smile, and a downright hostile attitude from the start. She acted like we were bothering her just by existing in the store. When we asked about the flavors, she snapped back with short, dismissive answers and rolled her eyes. It was so uncomfortable that we canceled our order and walked out. No one should be treated that way—especially not in a place that’s supposed to be fun and family-friendly. We’ll never be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration.

This is my favorite ice cream place! The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because of inconsistency. There are times I get a good amount of ice cream and toppings for what I pay, and then there are times like today.. In which the kid literally gives me 1/3-1/2 the amount of ice cream they usually give out, a "sprinkle" of chocolate sauce, and maybe a dollop of whipped cream. I have never been so disappointed! 90% of the time they are perfect. It just depends on your server I guess.

Worst service ever from who ever is the blond lady that works day shift. Very rude also. One of your questions is what did I get? I got nothing. I left. She was to busy yakking on the phone and told me to wait a minute. Minute turned into 5min. I just left.

My ice cream sundae was great my husband and son’s cones were also great. I just find a problem with the fact that I had to pay for an ice cream that my daughter didn’t like. The “creamsicle” flavor was nothing but vanilla soft serve with a bit of orange artificial flavor swirl. Had we known it wasn’t an authentic orange cream flavor, we would not have ordered it. Not a big deal, just found it a bit unprofessional to charge for something a customer was not satisfied with. Other than that, everything else was good.

Very rude and disrespectful. Will never go back again. Management needs to speak to the servers. They have really BAD ATTITUDES! If i could give 0 stars I would!!
