This is my favorite ice cream place! The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because of inconsistency. There are times I get a good amount of ice cream and toppings for what I pay, and then there are times like today.. In which the kid literally gives me 1/3-1/2 the amount of ice cream they usually give out, a "sprinkle" of chocolate sauce, and maybe a dollop of whipped cream. My ice cream sundae was great my husband and son’s cones were also great. I just find a problem with the fact that I had to pay for an ice cream that my daughter didn’t like. The “creamsicle” flavor was nothing but vanilla soft serve with a bit of orange artificial flavor swirl. Had we known it wasn’t an authentic orange cream flavor, we would not have ordered it. Not a big deal, just found it a bit unprofessional to charge for something a customer was not satisfied...
I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's 30th birthday this weekend. The cake was beautifully decorated and tasted delicious! Rave reviews all around. Thank you, Pralines!
