I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Roma was so unprofessional I feel others should know. I called to place an order and the front host left me on hold while tending to others. When I kindly repeated my number after she asked for it , she abruptly hung up. Thinking it was a mistake, I called back, but she did it again. That’s not customer service it’s childish behavior. If this is how Roma treats customers over the phone, I can only imagine the in-person service.

I've been ordering from Roma for a long time and they never disappoint. They've got a huge menu to choose from and their pizza is great. It's not thin crust and it's not thick and doughy either. Always cooked to our liking, we like it crispy in our household.

Just picked a large sausage it's my first time trying but my family loves it. When I tell you I love a good New York style with a good crust omg I do not lie. This is a great pie of you love those things as well the ladies working there are so kind beautiful and friendly. Just sweethearts for real. Thank you ladies so much for your excellent service with a smile and knowing your customers needs so well. Very professional pleasant and great pie omg definitely adding to my list of favorite pies in CT and I'm a definite local pizza foodie. I do not say that lightly.

It's so hard to find good pizza in Bristol and this place was AMAZING solid 9! Pizza was a burnt underneath but still good got the garlic Parmesan wings also pretty good 7.8 .. and they deliver :) definitely ordering again !
