I come in here all the time but my service was beyond exceptional tonight. Mike and Sophia were very quick in regards to getting me a new drink when I was low and the wings were phenomenal. 10/10 service. Plainville is by far the best location … probably because Chris keeps an eye on things 24/7

This was the worst experience I have had in a LONG time. I just moved back into the state and I couldn’t wait to come visit sliders is southington it was my favorite location prior to moving. I came in on this Friday evening , it was a little busy , my family and I didn’t get greeted for almost 9mins ( I can assumed they look at us like “they are not going tip”) . We order beer, sodas and some appetizers. It takes a while which I can understand being that we are a family of restaurant GMs. The manager bring over burnt cheese curds , we kindly as for them to be remade , she return with them smelling and after a taste , a bitter charcoal taste and again smell. We don’t get any apologies or recognition. We then proceed to order nachos , they take 38 minutes and once I ask for them , the server runs to micro to enter them. We then have to ask the server 20mins if we can order food cause she couldn’t care less to check on us . But with us being near the micro you can see , our sever , another server who is cursing and laughing with THE MANAGER. Food finally comes out , and my quesadilla taste completely burnt. I am now irritated , and tell the server , her response “ is not your food again “ and walks away , I watch the manager go in the back room to sit down but still no acknowledgment. I will never come back to this location and I will make sure my friends and family don’t either,.

If you’re looking for a place that nails both atmosphere and service, Sliders is a must-visit. I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and everything about the experience was top-notch.
The food was simply fantastic—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. But what really made the visit memorable was our server, Isabella. She was sweet, efficient, and knew the menu inside and out, helping us make the perfect choices. Our drink glasses were never empty, thanks to her attentive service.
Whether you’re there to catch a game or just enjoy a meal, Sliders with Isabella taking care of you is a winning choice. Highly recommended!

The food is always great, so I will begin with that positive note. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. I have previously visited the Sliders in Plantsville, and my experiences have consistently been subpar, though it has been some time since my last visit. Today, craving delicious wings and appetizers, we opted to visit the Planville location.
Initially, the service seemed acceptable. We placed our order and awaited our food. The appetizers arrived promptly; however, the wings took an inordinate amount of time to be served. While waiting for the wings, we decided to order another round of appetizers. We finished the second round when our waiter came by to check on us and noticed that our wings had still not arrived. At this point, I appreciated her attentiveness as she took the initiative to retrieve our wings.
Regrettably, the positive experience did not last. After we received our wings, the waiter failed to return to check on us. We had to catch her attention to order additional drinks, but after waiting over 20 minutes, we still had not received service. My husband eventually had to leave our table to find someone who could assist us in canceling our drink order and obtaining the check.
After we canceled, the waiter returned to apologize, claiming she was unaware that our drinks had not been served. Our feedback is that waitstaff should check in with tables regularly until all food and drinks are delivered. Without such follow-up, it is difficult for them to know when something is amiss. Overall, the service was disappointing.

Plainville, ct location. Portions were way smaller then any other time we've gone to the southington, ct store. Very upset about this. Never ordering from Plainville ever again. Terrible.

The food was great and the wait staff was friendly. The pricing is fairly reasonable and they run specials pretty frequently. Definitely worth a stop!
