Just went in and one of the workers, Kai, literally took her hair out of the ponytail as she was ringing me out and proceeded to play with her hair and THEN make someone a sandwich. I asked if she could wear gloves before I got food and she rolled her eyes and kept touching the food. Never again
Waited over 15 mins for my drink just for a worker to give me attitude telling me to leave as if I’ve been in their way, save your self and go to another town as this is not the first time this has happened

Lady in the front rude they always act nasty here go somewhere else
Closer to 4.5 however they were decent and pleasant all three days and everyday our order was right and tasted delicious. The first day especially it was wonderful and I have shots and cold foam. I finished three days and I drink trenta size. That told me I liked how they made my drink. I came up saw my items and thanked them and off I went. No drive through and easy to get in and out.
Parking: Plenty since in shopping center and also a few handicapped spots

Usually such a pleasant experience but today a really heavy male Caucasian treated me funny to the point where my name on my items weren’t called because he didn’t even ask. I frequent here and was treated so kindly 2 days ago. I won’t be returning especially after he patted my spinach feta wrap said it’s ready without even looking back at me and walked off. I ran 2 restaurants, 1 in plainville and another in Watertown. I would advise coaching or termination. This is definitely not how you treat any customer.
Horrible experience. Cashier gave me attitude for nothing and gave me someone else’s drink in my personal cup, and dripping down the sides, and then the other coworker who was in the bathroom and didn’t see anything tried to blame me by saying I rushed them when I hadn’t asked for my drink at all. She was just making things up. I verbally pushed back on each false accusation, and since they didn’t take accountability for their mistakes, have little customer service skills and zero deescalation skills it got very out of hand. These employees expect you to put up with their attitude and mistakes and then tip them with a smile. Not going to happen. It got so out of hand another customer got involved and regretted it. I was scared and left shaking, but I got my refund and I’m glad I stood up for myself. Will never be back.

The staff was not friendly at all, took them 20 min to make my drink, some customers that came and order after me got their orders before me, I ask where is my drink the answer was is coming when I was ready to ask for my money back she made my drink, will never come back here I rather take my business somewhere else or different location, is sad that we as customers have to deal with situations like this.

Super friendly and professional baristi. They prepare the drinks timely and accurately. No issues when I bring my own cup for usage. The atmosphere inside is great and cozy, outdoor patio available. Depends on your arrival time as it can be a little crowded in the morning. No drive through window though.

First impression is everything. I walked into this Starbucks because they don’t have a drive through and there were 4 ladies in the back and no one greeted me until 2 min later to finally say “we will be right with you” while your standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge or make eye contact with me.

I love coming here I legit come almost every morning but today it is snowing. It’s a Saturday an Starbucks has the door locked at 8:30 with two people inside an there is someone knocking on the glass and they’re just ignoring him. Their is no note stating what the issue is an I’m sure they’ve just been ignoring customers. Find new workers who care about the people they service
