I've been here before a couple years ago an today again ... Two different experiences. The place has definitely gone down hill , it smelt HORRID in there . Very sour . I legit purchased my things due to my kid being with me an she would have freaked if I hadn't lol . N e v e r again š¤¢
Oh and the lady working was cleaning the machines ( which were legit all out of order minus two) she grabbed my spoons had not washed hands ... Mortified!!!!

Too many out of order flavors all the time Other than that there's plenty of sitting space, the toppings are good, the flavors are good, there's a bathroom for customers, and in general it is a pleasant place to go and have some dairy-free frozen yogurt. Lots of toppings too.

the place was full of fruit flies one was in my grandsons cotton candy bowl so we had to get another the bathroom had 1000s of fruit flies i told the person working there and he said the person the night before did not clean correctly with all the fruit flies in the store i can give it a better rating but yes the frozen yogurt is good but i will not go back

I would love to give this place 5 stars as I am a big sweet frogs fan but I cannot. As soon as I walked in the store looked very run down. The filth below the machines I couldnāt unsee. And all areas with a little elbow grease would come clean. It could also use a fresh coat of paint. My concern is if the store was so unclean- how well were the machines being cleaned nightly?? I would also like to mention that I wanted toāhot fudgeā and cold chocolate syrup dribbled out. Overall a huge disappointment.

We went far away to have ice cream and we were served when we had the ice cream, the vanilla ice cream was spoiled. We complained and they simply said they couldn't do anything and I wasn't going to give them another one. I wasn't going to give my children spoiled and sour ice cream. We paid an absurd amount and we didn't have the right to have the ice cream because he didn't even want to see the conditions of the ice cream they were serving.

BROWKING FLEEK
Went Saturday night around 9:30, there was another family there. The man working there was rude talking with an AirPod on the whole time. He then started talking taking things out of the toppings section making noise with the metalHolders. He would drop them and make loud noises. He was closing the store around 9:40 when it says it closes by 10. I had to leave because I couldnāt believe he was making all that noise making everyone feel uncomfortable. As soon as we got up the other family was looking at him and walked out too! Absolutely horrible experience. Would not visit this place again.
