I was going to go into this establishment but there is no price listed for their product on their website or in the store. Even the woman working there did not seem to know for sure. How do you run an establishment like this? Should I just guess a price? No thanks. I'll go to Carvel

According to Google, Sweet Frog closes at 10pm — my partner and I arrived at 9:45pm to grab a quick treat. The door was still open, the sign was off, and there were still customers inside ordering, so we went in.
When we went to grab toppings, there were no spoons available. The employee handed us one single spoon to share for all our toppings — which is not only unsanitary but also concerning for anyone with allergies or cross-contamination concerns. On top of that, he rushed us several times saying he “closes,” even though it was still before 10pm.
We totally understand wanting to close up on time, but customers who arrive within your posted hours should still be treated respectfully and served safely.

i’d like to preface by saying i LOVE sweet frog. for that reason, it pains me mentally to write this review, but i feel it is necessary following the encounter we had with the worker. my boyfriend and i decided to go for a late night froyo run. we thought of it last minute, but we agreed we had plenty of time as this location was about 11 to 12 minutes from his house. we walked in with another couple (who were so nice!) and started choosing our flavors, dispensing frozen yogurt. i finished and went to grab toppings when i heard the worker telling us to hurry up and that the store was closing. i kid you not it was 9:45, a whole 15 minutes before they closed (10pm). my boyfriend and the other couple quickly dispensed their froyo and starting grabbing toppings, but the worker started taking all of the scoopers. quite literally cleaning up while we were scooping our toppings … he was very rude and pushy while we were trying to be accommodating by moving at a quicker pace. he was practically ushering us out the door. when my boyfriend and i got up to the register to pay, he brought the spoons he collected to the back room before ringing up our froyo. for someone who wanted us out so quickly, he wasn’t in a huge rush to ring the froyo up. i paid, and he wasn’t already telling the woman behind me to “come on” before my boyfriend and i had few chance to grab our froyo and move away from the counter. she quite literally said to him “you can hold on, im waiting for them to move away from the counter first” (as she should ty queen). he was not at all kind and honestly seemed miserable but … tbh that’s not my problem & we just wanted our froyo.

Have been coming here for years. Stopped in as a end of summer treat and every dairy free option was empty/there was no one at front counter. Waited for a few minutes and decided to leave.

I really like Sweet Frogs. I'm giving it a 4/5 stars since there were so many different flavors and different toppings. Flavors included the traditional ones; chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, along with other unconventnial ones (that were pretty tasty!); like Cotton Candy, Kool-Aid, and Eggnog. All of the flavors are very tasty. The toppings are also really good and there are so many to choose from like the Sour Strips, the Cherries (which seem to be fresh!), and even Strawberry Popping Boba (I believe that is kind of what it is called). The service is pretty good, all the employees are respectful to the customers and nice! The reason I'm giving four stars instead of 5 is since it's really pricey and expensive. Thanks for reading my review :)
I went there Saturday and the guy was on his phone, then he started picking up all the toppings with his fingers!! No gloves didn’t even wash his hands and put them back in the toppings area didn’t even throw them away!! Very unclean unsanitary! Bathroom is very dirty too!

I've been here before a couple years ago an today again ... Two different experiences. The place has definitely gone down hill , it smelt HORRID in there . Very sour . I legit purchased my things due to my kid being with me an she would have freaked if I hadn't lol . N e v e r again 🤢
Oh and the lady working was cleaning the machines ( which were legit all out of order minus two) she grabbed my spoons had not washed hands ... Mortified!!!!

Too many out of order flavors all the time Other than that there's plenty of sitting space, the toppings are good, the flavors are good, there's a bathroom for customers, and in general it is a pleasant place to go and have some dairy-free frozen yogurt. Lots of toppings too.

the place was full of fruit flies one was in my grandsons cotton candy bowl so we had to get another the bathroom had 1000s of fruit flies i told the person working there and he said the person the night before did not clean correctly with all the fruit flies in the store i can give it a better rating but yes the frozen yogurt is good but i will not go back
