Went Saturday night around 9:30, there was another family there. The man working there was rude talking with an AirPod on the whole time. He then started talking taking things out of the toppings section making noise with the metalHolders. He would drop them and make loud noises. He was closing the store around 9:40 when it says it closes by 10. I had to leave because I couldn’t believe he was making all that noise making everyone feel uncomfortable. As soon as we got up the other family was looking at him and walked out too! Absolutely horrible experience. Would not visit this place again.

Online hours are marked as 10pm closing time and have been for a while. I arrived at 9:32pm and the worker has already picked up every topping and closed them up for the night. He had claimed that toppings “close” at 9:30. Not sure how the main ingredients of your store would be closed before your store does. Worker was quite obviously lying and wanted to close early. Could see the nervousness when speaking to him about this issue. Drove 30 minutes to come here as our local sweet frog closes an hour early to come to this. Will not be giving this location my business again.

I went to Plainville, CT sweet frog they had flies on the topping. The customer service there was terrible..the owner yelled at me when I said the juice came out fast from the frozen yogurt and she is saying I am being wasteful to the product I showed her the melted frozen yogurt and she said I'm lying and never to do that again. She kept watching me and and rushing me out the store. I began to cry after I left the store. My partner paid for the item and he also saw the issue and how rude she was to me and I didn't end up eating the product due to Flys on the toppings and being disrespected. Neither frozen yogurt has any taste. I will never come back to this location again. I was treated like garbage. This supposed to be customer service. Now I am heavily triggered.

Simple Froyo place, alright selection of flavors that change depends on the season or month.Nice seats outside for the warm weather but the inside isn't anything special. Just a few tables to sit down and little decorations to appreciate so grab your phone and enjoy your froyo to some entertainment of your own.Would love if they had the "shell" syrup that some other froyo places have, it's a really flavorful syrup that hardens quickly to the cold temperatures of the froyo and it adds a nice crunch that I love. It's as if you're biting down on a ice cream cone.Nice employees and good treatment, overall it's a good little spot in Southington for froyo.

They don't honor their own coupons. Deceptive and misleading. Not to mention super expensive. They just want your money, and they'll lie to you to get it.

Getting frozen yogurt is always a sweet treat. They have two sizes of bowls that you pick from. I picked the smaller of the two bowls and spent about $10 after filling it up with delicious frozen yogurt and toppings. When I went here on a warm Saturday I was surprised to see we were the only customers in the store. Overall a great experience and I will want to come back in the future.

Delicious dessert dairy free. Ate so quick I couldn't take pictures. Believe me it was candy filled and not diabetes friendly. Came back again on 4th of July and it was even better.

Ok In a pinch but Kiwi Spoon in Southington is way better. One of my favorite toppings is hot fudge, the last 2 times I've gone here they put chocolate syrup in the hot fudge dispenser. I'm sorry but that's not the same, hot fudge is thicker and chocolatier. Save yourself the disappointment and travel the extra mile or two to go to Kiwi Spoon you'll thank me .
