The burritos were good, the staff was friendly, and the dining area was nice. My only complaint is when they told me which burrito was beef and which one was bean, they got it wrong. My friend and I started eating the wrong burritos. I’m a vegetarian, and I was very unhappy about biting into a beef burrito.The paper wrapping should have been labeled.

The people that work here lately are all very friendly and efficient. I often order customized items and they follow all instructions. Even though I live closer to a different taco bell I always come to this one.

I don’t think I have ever some into this taco bell, just the drive thru and I must say I am impressed. First I wanna say that the place is very clean, neat and stocked up. The guy in the front named Jay was very attentive, at this taco bell you order at a machine so he directed us to it and proceeded to take our order there. After he added the first item I told him I could do the rest. After we got our food and were sitting down eating I walked up to the counter and not even 15 seconds he came to ask me what I needed. I don’t know how many times I have gone to places and people see that you are there and they just look at you and don’t even acknowledge you let alone bother to ask if you need help. Felt very much like we were at a restaurant getting waited on. All of the employees had good energy and spirit and were also attentive to their positions someone else also came to ask me if I needed help. Keep up the great work the team is doing great the food was also good.

Had mad munchies and decided to go to his taco bell for food. My nachos were cold as hell and this is right after they handed it to me, and was missing ingredients from the app that i had customized. seemed they just gave me some old nachos sitting around, to top it off when i was checking out the nachos there was a piece of hair, the beans looked like concrete. Will never order from here again. Yall want all this money as fast food workers but fail to orders correctly and sanitary. get your stuff together at this location. I know that long john isnt making much money and yall about to lose your job making food like this.

asked for a bowl with only no lettuce and this is how i received it fully cold and rice was hard. after multiple times of going back and asking to make it right it wasn’t made right. thank you for nothing do not come here and do better people are paying for a service the least that can be done and provide it.

There was a worker in there and it was a mixed fella at least that's what he looked like a nice guy very polite willing to help we were kind of interested in moving to the area and he told us that the Airy wasn't the greatest but pointed Us in the direction that we should look towards and to stay out of certain areas that's great Hospitality

The girl at the drive thru at 1:45 pm today needs to learn how to listen at the drive thru .shes careless and so petty that she purposely doesn’t put hot sauces in the bag as the customer requests. then she acts like she can’t hear u, ugly attitude. she should be at front cash cleaning up the lobby maybe that will be more easy for her ! Only time this place was good was when Cindy fox was the manager!

My son and I ordered from the Taco Bell app so that we knew that our order would be correctly communicated to the food preparer. We had a bit of a time constraint because we were coming from football, grabbing food, and heading across the street to see a movie. Our order was nearly $60 and we didn't even get drinks... We get into the movie theater and planned to eat our food while watching the movie. (Don't judge me for bringing in outside food, please). I love Taco Bell normally and I took the first bite and it was filled with onions and was not at all what I ordered. I only ordered 2 items for myself and my son got a 12-pack of soft tacos with just meat, cheese, sour cream, and we got a bag of those cinnamon things with the icing inside. As we were putting the food into my bag prior to the movie he noticed that his had tomatoes and lettuce on some of them. Bottom line is that I ended up throwing most of my $60 meal into the garbage. And I still don't understand how it was so much! And Taco Bell doesn't seem to care and they don't give refunds. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Oh, and we waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for our order despite having ordered via the app prior to arriving.

I recently visited this Taco Bell location, and it was a highly disappointing experience. The employees here are utterly incompetent and lack any sense of customer service. I waited over 15 minutes for a single burrito—a simple item that shouldn't take anywhere near that long to prepare. It was clear that the staff wasn't paying attention or caring about the customers waiting. Save yourself the frustration and time—go to a different location where the employees are competent enough to do their jobs properly. The manager is also a joke. It’s clear the employees have no work ethic or passion.
