I love Taco Bell, but lately this restaurant implemented a new policy, which is a dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my life. They literally make you go inside for all mobile orders. Even though in the app you hit drive-through, they still make you go inside to pick up your food. If you’re using the app, don’t waste your time at this location.

This place is consistently the WORST Taco Bell in the area. From ugly sloppy diaper burritos to abysmally slow service, they do everything to bring down the customer experience.You can literally get wait listed at J. Tim's on a Friday night and still get home after a full meal, we'll before you'd ever see drive through service if there's more than 1 car ahead of you.Just go home or drive the extra 10 mins. to Southington.

I’m just curious on why I have to use a kious( how ever you spell it ) and I don’t work there nor get any discounts to put in my order over this device thing. drive thru doesn’t have to do this. I walk in so I can have my order taken by person just to get told I have to do a kious thing so in order to get my order taken I have to go thru drive thru. Help it make sense? Don’t your employees get paid for CUSTOMER service not to put my order through the same way. Customer interaction is important too not just speedy service that why I stay going to New Britain

Food is always great here, and it's actually cheaper than the location on queen street, the servers are always a little antsy to get the order done as fast as possible, but I understand that comes with the job. Recommended!
Service is hit or miss. Sometimes there are no issues in the drive thru, and other times they couldn't get your order right to save their lives.

Every time lately I have been receiving the best service ever. I come here usually once a week. Sometimes more. But every time, I come, my food is hot and tastes great when i get home. The order is always right and even give me the sauces, sometimes a little more and that's the best part. Usually that was forgotten but not here. Its always the little things that matter most. Kind, friendly, quick, and could go on. Love that I have this taco bell so close to me. And even prices aren't bad when you order through the app
