Went to have brunch with our family (a group of 10) and it was a great time. Allie was a really great daughter. My daughter, Piper wanted things and she didn’t ignore her. Piper asked for a cherry on her hot chocolate, Allie said she didn’t think they had cherries but she would see what she could do then she came back with her cocoa with a strawberry on it. It made Piper so happy! Allie let Piper help her with some small things like getting to go boxes for us and bags. Allie even “tipped” her with candy. Plan on coming back but especially when it’s Piper’s 6th birthday.

I've been there 4 times and have yet to get a good hot meal. It takes forever to get your food. It's always cold and burnt...do NOT get the home fries unless you like them burnt to a crisp!!!! The service is very very rude. Kinda expensive for what you get or should I say don't get.👎👎👎👎👎

charge advertised prices. Owner wouldn't make right or explain difference. Besides food is inconsistent and orders are wrong alot. When ordering no egg half the time we have to drive back with wrong order. Never offer a little something for driving back and one person gets cold order with another 30 minutes to get corrected. Owner needs to listen to customers and not be so arrogant 🙂.

Prices are not what advertised and are all over the place. Owner is rude and wouldn't make right or explain the difference. Same with restaurant she bought in New Britain says lettuce and tomato included on sandwiches then changed more than $3 for them. Seriously who sells a bread ham sandwich 🥪. Now go to Elmwood Pizza owners are very nice and happy to 10 new customers.

I've been wanting to try this pancake spot for a while now. This one is in Plainville, but they have a couple in other towns. The menu is big, alot of choices. The pancakes were good not as good as I expected, same with the French toast. The service was fast and good. The food was mid. I had the Captin, the beans were good the sweet plantains were hard and the avocado was alil rotten. They also have turkey sausage.
I had a great experience. The food was good. It’s a good vibe. The restaurant was really clean.Our Server Alli was truly amazing ( Friendly, happy and upbeat ; loved her vibe ) she offered knowledgeable information of the menu specials and her recommendation. I will be back in my recommendation is that if you’re in the area, it’s reasonable , kid -family friendly, clean, good food

I have ate Many times at both the crazy pancake. And you're pizza restaurant around the corner. Not sure. What happened to my breakfast sandwich yesterday? But your eggs tasted very old and the ham. I couldn't even chew, I was very disappointed in what I had selected., however, this is not to. Discourage anyone from trying your restaurant. Because truly, your food has always been good in the past. I'm just not sure if it may have been the brand or just a bad day for the cook, but anyway, thank you for all the other delicious foods that I have enjoyed.
