Dinning room availability is inaccurate and the drive thru line is an entire road trip.. Not sure how this location considers themselves “fast” food. Finally got to the window for our mobile order (which we planned to pick up inside) and all of our food was cold… Fries could’ve cooled down your water bottle and the didn’t even give me the saucy nuggets I ordered, just normal nuggets with an extra packet of sauce. This Wendy’s SUCKSSSSSS and that’s from someone who loves Wendy’s… at least when I used to go to the Washington St Middletown location

Do I really have to inform Wendy’s in 2025 that they shouldn’t let their employees smoke cigarettes at the only entrance to the building. I would have said something, but I had two eight year girls who wanted Wendy’s and I didn’t want to cause a scene in front of them. They both complained of smelling his second hand smoke as we walked inside to order. Never again this location.

I recently went to this Wendy's on a whim, having never been there, and as a former employee of the company, I rarely pass a Wendy's, as their food holds a particular nostalgia for me. I can safely say that this Wendy's has ruined the food and environment for me as a whole. Seeing that they had no cars in the Drive-thru, I decided to enter the dining room. at first glance, I saw trash on a table, which I thought must be from a recent customer, until I noticed the next table over being in a similar state. Their Kiosks were turned off, so I approached the counter, where the Cashier was picking their nose, and decided to walk out. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY'S UNLESS YOU PREFER PRISON FOOD.

Despite being open, the staff sat on their phones in the dining room rather than doing their jobs. I sat for 10 minutes at the drive through window while watching a staff member sit on their phones and refuse to do their job. Forget good service at this location, you can’t expect to be served at all.

There was no mayonnaise in the whole store, but no one told us that until after we ordered our food and started eating. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I would not have eaten there if I'd known there was no mayonnaise. The food just isn't the same without it. There was also sticky soda spilled all over the floor and we stood at the counter waiting for about 10 minutes while the only person upfront frantically tried to keep up with to-go orders and the counter. It was also freezing in the dining room. So not a good experience that day unfortunately.
Horrible service I came to pick up a mobile order and the food was supper greasy and not fresh . I order a frosty and the women in the drive thru just said no frosty and don’t not even ask if I want to substitute it or get my money back . This was the worst experience and I will never come back

Did a drive thru mobile order, I ordered a chicken wrap, waited 10 minutes for them to bring me my food and they forgot the wrap, so I went inside to get it and had to wait 30 minutes before someone even acknowledged me, and when I told her I was missing a wrap she didn’t do anything, I finally told the guy at the counter that I was missing it and they said they didn’t even have wraps! Why didn’t they tell me at the drive thru, completely incompetent people working there.

Wow this location has hit rock bottom. We tried to order several different menu items and were told those items were not available. Had to ask for utensils and straws. No lids for drinks. Nothing was available in the dining area. This used to be a great location. The service here is terrible now.
