if i could rate 10/10 stars i would. the salmon platter is so amazing, i could live off of it. the salmon rolls are heavenly. food is always ready when i pick-up, they made an adjustment to my order for a substitution with no hassle, and the price is outstanding for what you get. definitely better than any other restaurant in the area! i really appreciate the attention to detail. the service is amazing compared to other places i’ve gone to!

Love eating here with my grandson. They have unique rolls that are fresh and so is the sashimi. BYOB you choice-
Tiny gyoza, tiny sauce cup (quarter on lid for size), large portion of chicken, small portion of rice, and 8pc spicy tuna (not pictured). One garden salad to accompany chicken teriyaki. 31 dollars on site but originally 26 dollars when ordering online for pickup. No dipping plate for sushi. Surprisingly the sample portion sized gyoza fits perfectly in the sauce cup you’d normally receive from a taco restaurant because the dumpling itself is a fingers width.
I won’t order online and probably won’t come here in person. Go to ginza in rocky hill or sushi house in Wethersfield.

THE FOOD:
Ordered takeout as I had heard good things about them, sadly when I decided to eat it I was barley able to chew, the seaweed seemed like rubber, I ended up having to remove it from my rolls in order to eat it, the Wasabi wasint even close to fresh, I was able to take a ball and put it in my mouth with barely any spice, the Kani salad wasint great, it was primarily cucumbers, I couldn't even taste the dressing as all I could taste was the cucumber.
THE SERVICE:
service was good, took my order on the phone just fine, was friendly and very easy to understand. Diddint go above and beyond but that's ok.
TLDR: FOOD wasint very fresh, but service was good. I would have returned but I was busy as is and diddint have the time.
I'm willing to give it a another shot, When I do ill make sure to update my review. I don't think it would be fair to completley cross it off without giving it a second chance. Until then just go in understanding that the freshness may not be the greatest.
Parking: Handicap parking, can be quite busy during certain times of the day.
Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow but may fit somone in a thin chair

We ate at here for the first time and definitely our last. We enjoy sushi at many places in the area. The food was bland to say the least. When we tried one of the rolls, it did not taste right. Even though the rest of the rolls were bland, we ate them. I explained to the waitress that the one particular roll didn’t taste right. She said she had to check with the kitchen. Another woman came back and proceeded to explain that it has never been an issue before and different restaurants cook things differently. I explained to her that it didn’t taste right as if something had gone bad. All but two pieces we tried was still sitting on the plate. She again explained that it had to be all three of us had the issue and it wasn’t their fault. The waitress brought us the check and the roll was still on it. The only thing good about this place was the nice waitress. She was apologetic and appeared very genuine. Had they taken the rolls off the check, we would have tipped her the amount on top of her tip as it was not her fault. Don’t waste your time or your money here if you appreciate good sushi.
