They make it known that if you want yourbagel toasted to select that or it comes untoasted. I asked for toasted and got an untoasted crumbly bagel. For 6.50 I was expecting what I asked for. Not to mention, the hashbrown was burnt and stunk of dirty grease.

Your roasted potatoes are delicious, I've been back for at least three occasions, there's always parking lot available, they take a while with your order in hours of high affluence, but, the wait is worth it,

Ordered a sesame bagel toasted with chicken salad. The chicken salad was a blob of mayo with some chicken mixed in. Bagel was ok. Don’t order the chicken salad, you won’t be happy. And it was $9.72 for just the one sandwich.
