“My girlfriend and I were there for the first time tonight and everything was amazing. My girlfriend has multiple allergies and our waiter Eric was more than accommodating. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, my mango margarita was excellent. This place is a must visit. The food service industry needs more people like Eric. I hope he gets the chance to see this and his manager should be proud of him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Really nice, clean, great guac. My son loves the chicken. Keeps asking me if we can go back, so, we are going twice in one week. Definitely a staple for us now.
Vegetarian options: Tortillas, black beans, guacamole, salsa, chips, lettuce, pico de gallo, roasted veggies.
Dietary restrictions: We have nut and dairy allergies so plenty here for us like chicken, black beans, guacamole, pico.
Parking: Easy in and out.“

“Just ordered 8 burritos from here and I am so surprised they each weigh 1.5+ lbs!!! That's insane!!! The owner, Señor Maximo, was very kind and nice and gave me some free food and free cake! I was very surprised but very grateful! I know times are tough but it's the nice gestures and acts of kindness that are appreciated! I eat here every time I pass by Waterbury and the food is always excellent and very delicious! I love small and local restaurants like this! Thank you so much for the delicious and amazing food and wonderful service!!!
I just ordered 8 burritos from here and I'm so surprised that each one weighs over 1.5 pounds! That's crazy!!! The owner, Mr. Máximo, was very kind and friendly and gave me free food and cake! I was very surprised but very grateful! I know times are tough, but what is appreciated are the nice gestures and acts of kindness! “The food is fantastic and the staff is fabulously. Very friendly and sometimes the guy delivers the food at my work at the Laundry Center without asking. Make sure you bless them. The food I recommends is the Sope with beef and the Oh dame…. Horochocho or Horchuita something! It’s made with tortillas and stuff like a soft Taco or only better with avacado,parsley,chopped lettuce tomato and onion and with grill beef and green hot sauce ??
Dietary restrictions: If you’re virgin uh… I mean vegan ! Yeah they will not kill horse to feed you.“

“We hired Taco Pacifico recently for our corporate summer outing. We couldn’t have chosen a better food truck!! We had 60 guests and EVERYONE was raving about their food; from the fresh chips to the homemade guacamole to their tacos, quesadillas, burritos and more!! Amazing! The serving sizes are generous and working with Greg was a pleasure. We are trying to think of another way to have this food truck come back to us! Thank you for making our event a hit!!
