Pizza 101 makes great food, but DO NOT ORDER ON DOORDASH!

If you’re going to deliver the pizza yourself, please don’t list on DoorDash and make customers wait nearly two hours. No matter how good the pizza is, that kind of delay completely ruins the experience

Every single time I order through DoorDash for delivery , they take well over an hour. They use DoorDash but don’t ever update you when the driver is on the way. So u can’t even track it. I’m waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes right now with no clue when or if it’ll even show up

Got delivery. Had to wait over an hour for just two things, when we finally got our food it was lukewarm and one of the toppings that I paid extra for was missing. Will not be ordering from here again

Ordered doordash from Pizza 101 because we enjoy the food and we have gotten take out several times. Unfortunately the doordash is not integrated and we have been waiting over an hour for a simple order with no updates. I called and I was told the order was being delivered with 2 other orders meaning that even when we receive the food it will be cold. Dine in if you want to eat here. Not worth the service fees and tip.

Ordered a cold grinder to go. Took over 20 minutes and there was only about 6 or 7 people eating in. It was not worth the $ or the wait. It was made like it was the first time making a grinder. This will be a 1 time visit!

The food has definitely gone downhill! Their wraps are now skimpy with little to no cheese and no longer grilled. They're Grinders bread has never been very good and they also have gotten skimpier, especially with the cheese. They used to have a nice thick layer of provolone cheese in their Grinders and wraps but no more. They may think we don't notice it missing but we do! I've tried asking for extra but no difference. They're only saving grace is they still do have very good pizza and chicken tenders. PS: been ordering takeout or delivery from them nearly every weekend for years and you'd think they'd offer some kind of loyalty discount but no deal.

Moved out of ct 2022. Used to get pizza here once a week. Went to ct for weekend and here for lunch yesterday. Small meatball and large bacon both burnt. What the hell happened? This is cold leftovers. Aweful

I'm not sure what was going on but I ordered a Hot Pastrami Wrap & my Wife ordered a Fish Sandwich with lettuce & tomato, no cheese & my nephew ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza.

1st. We waited almost an hour to get our order!!!

2nd. My Hot Pastrami wrap was cold!!!

3rd. My wife's Fish Sandwich was Cold & had cheese on it!!! They forgot the lettuce and tomato!!!

4th. My nephews pizza never came until we had to leave & i was about to walk out the door.

I felt very bad for the waitress... she apologized many times...

Unfortunately dissatisfied!!!

I did DoorDash. What they don’t tell you is this restaurant fulfills it and it comes an hour late. One of the items we ordered was potato pizza, and it was foul. Grinders were good.
