Love this spot. No rats running around like the one in cromwell ct no drama and rudeness. This place is a good place to eat and order. Never go to the one at Cromwell unless they took care of the rats đ or whatever I didn't see.

SO IMPRESSED WITH MY TRIP TODAY! I am usually sitting and waiting for so long for my food just to be disappointed by the quality.. today was SO different! My burger couldâve been in a movie it was so good looking! Good job!

Whoever the young woman in the blond hair was who took my order today was very rude and seemed almost incompetent.
Ordered the 5 dollar âyour wayâ wopper meal where I had to repeat my order 3 times before she understood what I was ordering. (Clearly she was still new to the English language so communication between us remained messy) but the customer service was my issue.
She didnât give me a receipt so I had to get it myself. Finally she came up to the counter with a bag (which appeared to be my order) I was also the only one in the restaurant at the time.
I then asked for honey mustard where she basically just tossed it and the bag at me.
Took the bag outside where she then ran up to the van where I was yelling at us that it wasnât my order. She then rudely yanked it out of my hand and ran inside. Another employee came out with my order and apologized. No honey mustard In bag of course as it was in the bag she yanked out of my hand.
Donât recommend this location.

Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru line. When I got to the windows to get my order they told me I had to wait because they were now cooking fries. Waited another 8 minutes. I know fast food can go up and down based on lines, but this location always has a large wait time for drive thru.

This was the freshest made burger I have ever had from a burger King. It was piping hot and really good. We went through the drive through. There was 4 cars ahead of us and they had that line moving very quickly. It was a pretty darn good experience.
