The food is good, until I found a rock hard item in my nugget. I was peacefully eating my food with my boyfriend when I bit down on this hard item so hard that it almost cracked my tooth. I showed it to my boyfriend and he said to report it but I didn’t want to cause an issue I just want to address what had happened.

I’m new to the area and was so happy to find out this Burger King in Portland has a playground — that’s what caught my attention right away!
I came in with my three little girls and placed my order through the app. There isn’t an option to add your table number so they can bring the food over (like McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A do), but the manager noticed someone had ordered from inside the restaurant and brought it to our table right away, which was really thoughtful.
Everything was clean and tidy. I haven’t used the restroom yet, but I did notice there isn’t one near the playground area — which, as a mom, would be a nice plus if there was.
The staff were friendly and polite, which makes such a difference when you’re with little kids.
This will definitely be our new go-to spot. The McDonald’s in East Hampton is closer, but since it doesn’t have a playground, we’ll be coming here instead — we eat, but honestly, we come for the playground! 😄

The food is good. If you place your order online they will definitely get it right, I never place my order through the drive thru but I'm sure that the accuracy would match up as well. Service is pretty average in terms of attitude towards customers. Nothing wrong with it just don't go expecting a smile with your food but they are far from rude. Definitely one of the better burger kings you'll find around. At least from the outside, I never eat in

I just came from a fishing trip more then half asleep and since its a 1h 30min drive home I stopped at this burger king (worst employee ever also worst burger king ever) no deals on the app upset impossible whopper employee laughed after we gave her the wrong code you literally work at burger king, this fish is worth more than 4 hours of ur work

Love this spot. No rats running around like the one in cromwell ct no drama and rudeness. This place is a good place to eat and order. Never go to the one at Cromwell unless they took care of the rats 🐀 or whatever I didn't see.
