The lady at the drive thru was angry because I asked IF THERE WAS SOMEONE AVAILABLE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH. I asked at the drive thru microphone several times if there was another cheese option besides orange/yellow. She couldn't answer it. I pulled to the window she's hanging out of it "ju need jespect" I said to her I was asking for someone who could understand me and I then proceeded to ask her about the cheese she adds to the sandwich, she said agreed with me fine. I asked then is there another option she says no. I said thank you and left. As im leaving she's yelling out the drive thru. This is why I America is a mess, there's no common respect for any one. She got lost in translation because I asked for someone who spoke English. Never going there again.

Update: It was a long-time coming, but food, cleanliness and service have all improved greatly recently. It's still a Burger King with a dated interior, but there's a new GM who seems to really be on top of what matters most: the accuracy of orders; fresh hot food; quick and friendly service. I'm not a drive-thru guy, but that does still seem like the entrance to a somewhat scary and dilapidated carnival funhouse.Original: Only BK nearby, so have gone in in occasion. This has been the worst BK in the universe. Hoping with renovations (Sept., 2015) comes improvement in food, serviceand cleanliness.

The burgers were hot but you can't always depend on from Burger King anymore but they had them totally hot and yummy and the folks at the window were really pleasant and friendly. We even got offered crowns!

They messed up our order!!! We ordered a impossible whopper with just cheese ketchup and onions. They didn't make it to how we ordered it and instead they added everything on there. DONT GO TO THIS BURGER KING IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR FOOD MESSED UP!!!! The staff wasn't that friendly either.
it's raining outside and i went here with the family to play in the nice playground inside. playground is closed with no plan to reopen and the manger was a jerk about it. I'm sick of all this covid nonsense still. it's just laziness.
