This review is a part of my quest of visiting all CT breweries. I visited Concentric Brewery stands at several beer festivals before, but this was my first visit to the brewery.
The brewery occupies a big building. Outdoors, you can see a nice patio near the entrance and a separate tent on the grass, a bit further from the entrance. Inside, is a big room with no separation, but multiple seating options including booths. The brewery has a kitchen, but the food selection was very limited during my visit - the menu had around 5 items with one of them being unavailable. We ordered their chicken wings and a kid's cheeseburger, and the food was fine, albeit a bit salty. There was a concert going on that evening, so you can expect events when heading to this place.
The brewery has a good variety of styles on tap. There is an option to order a beer flight of 4. 11 of the beers on tap were new for me, so I tried them all for my review. All the beers were fine by me (with the exception of the seltzer), but some of them really shined. I loved Darth Malt (Imperial Stout), but the catch is that it's the collab with Rule of 3 Brewing. And spoiler alert: it was my favorite beer there as well. Outside of stouts, Quarry Brown (Brown Ale) was really good, with it's malty and nutty hints. In general, I enjoyed the beers here.
Overall, this is a nice brewery in the area and I would recommend it to craft beer enthusiasts around.

Drew and his Concentric Brewing team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. I would highly suggest hosting an event at the brewery if you get the chance. We came with 30 women for a “non-traditional” baby shower including doing a crafting activity. Drew was incredibly easy to work with along the way. The catering from Graze was delicious and the slider bar was a fun element to the meal that our guests loved. The bartenders were super friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. The locals at the bar and at lunch seemed genuinely amused and were very friendly. We loved supporting this local business and hope to host another event at the brewery sometime!

First time here, had a great singer(Jeremy Haddad) and a band later! Beers were really good as well as the cider. Popped in and it was their 4th Anniversary party, really nice atmosphere and it looks like in the summer the outside would be awesome!

It's pretty good. Decent selection. Food is a little pricey. The burgers are the best option. The pickle fries are delicious. The wings taste like hot dogs.

Concentric Brewing Company is a great location for a party. The staff did the set up and clean up. I just had to show up and have a great time. I had my husband’s retirement party there.
There were many drink options of course craft beer but also wine , seltzers , ciders and soda. The bartenders were very knowledgeable and were very friendly.
The food that Chef Chris made for us was delicious! Nothing but compliments. We had a slider bar with many different toppings.
Next time you are thinking about a gathering big or small consider Concentric Brewing .

“Mini Pizzas” made up of English muffin halfs for the same price of a real pizza at a non-chain place. Total rip off. Avoid. Beer on par with any other brewery.
