i go to this dunkin every morning and get the same drink. today i went and they made the wrong drink and when i asked for the right one i was given water with a side of flavoring. this is not okay. youre the one who messed my order up in the first place

If it aint bad enough paying 350 for a medium coffee, I stood waiting at the counter to order for five minutes and decided I didnt want a coffee anymore. People inside are supposed to be priority over drive through, but I watched them take order after order without acknowleding me who was the only person waiting at the counter

Very disappointed in my most recent visit!!! I walked in wearing a NY Yankees jersey and the kid behind the counter told me to go F myself. He then pulled his sleeve to reveal a tattoo of David Price. I ordered two seperate drinks (a refresher and a venti latte) but he mixed them togethir. This event lead to the failing of my marriage, my wife ran off with her boyfriend, a a man for the cacauses namerd tyrese. 0/10 would not recommend this spot.

When taking out the garbage is more important than the customer .... there are so many D+Ds to choose from.
The young man that waited on me had awesome customer service. I was with my 6-year-old great-grand daughter and he was very caring and receptive to her. I wish I could be called his name.
