Dunkin'

This is one of the worst Dunkin’s I have gone to. I went three times and today was my last time. I gave it that many times because I work in Portland so it’s convenient for me to stop here. Each time I have gone, my coffee tastes watered down it’s barely hot and is the opposite of what I asked for. Today I just went there at 7:25pm on 01/13/2025 and was told by the two young men working “the ovens were down” which I know was a lie because I went earlier. I feel like I wasted money each time and won’t go back again.

Only got a refresher. No bathrooms here for public.

Went threw drive-thru got a coffee and a donut paid over $6 open the coffee up and it's an inch and a half from the top and a stale plain stick donut.

Food is always sloppily prepared in comparison to other DD in the area. Today the croissant on my breakfast sandwich was burnt with a cold slab of cheese on it and barely warm egg, my Dunkin refresher was also watered down! They almost always fail to provide you with napkins! Get with the program, this is a drive thru!! I avoid this location as much as possible as these issues here have been ongoing for months!!

Stood waiting for someone to acknowledge us for over 10 minutes while they stood in the back or took care of the one drive thru person. When the girl finally came over she didn’t say anything and then walked away as soon as I paid. Nice

They never toast the bagels!!! Very frustrating when you ask and they still don't. Get a grip people.

Got a medium coffee drink, it wasn’t even close to full. Rip off.

This particular Dunkin’ is wonderful. Quick, Orders Accurate & Staff very Pleasant.

Not a good look to have your employees park right infront of the place, and it's definitely not a good look to have your employees smoking infront of the building looks classless and trashy.
