Dunkin'

Food is always sloppily prepared in comparison to other DD in the area. Today the croissant on my breakfast sandwich was burnt with a cold slab of cheese on it and barely warm egg, my Dunkin refresher was also watered down! They almost always fail to provide you with napkins! Get with the program, this is a drive thru!! I avoid this location as much as possible as these issues here have been ongoing for months!!

Stood waiting for someone to acknowledge us for over 10 minutes while they stood in the back or took care of the one drive thru person. When the girl finally came over she didn’t say anything and then walked away as soon as I paid. Nice

They never toast the bagels!!! Very frustrating when you ask and they still don't. Get a grip people.

Not a good look to have your employees park right infront of the place, and it's definitely not a good look to have your employees smoking infront of the building looks classless and trashy.

I dont usually go to dunkin ever since batista took it over but I went today orderd 3 plain bagels with cream cheese and I had to look to see if they even put cream cheese on it was such a small amount then we felt rushed like they had something better to do or to

I went around 8pm in the drive thru. I had mobile ordered so I expected to just pick it up. When I got to the window they told me they couldn't make my food, because they were doing a deep of the machine that was needed. I asked for a replacement of avocado toast and they were out of avocado. I asked for one of their new wraps. The chicken and pepper one. They said yes. When I opened it it was really the egg and chorizo one. Too spicy for me. I didn't go back because I was too far away. There have been other times when I've asked for a refresher at 8:15 and they had already cleaned up and only had coffee to offer. No pastries at all at 8:15. Hard to believe. Are they supposed to be cleaning up that far ahead of closing?
