I have only done take out and.for a quick in and out spot really good so far tried them 3 times the wierd aluminun tv dinner type pans they use i actually love keeps food warm and sauces from getting into rice and sogging out and really good

This restaurant is a long time staple in Portland and has the best Chinese take out in town. The service is good and is usually quite fast. Keep in mind this is purely a take out restaurant since they eliminated any indoor dining space they had aside from a single small table.

Always great to see the folks at Hunan ! best fired rice around and the Gen Tso's is always on point. When im not feeling well i head down here for the soup. All of them are amazing. the people here are always friendly and nothing is ever hot or miss, always a good meal

I ordered the sesame chicken combo and it was very good. Egg roll was crispy, tasty and not too greasy. Chicken and rice was also tasty. I’ll be ordering from here again.

Food was burnt, chicken was rubbery like it was refried. When I asked for new wings she said next time say not too crispy… and gave me a refund instead of new wings.. I’m not expecting an exquisite dining experience but at least serve me food you would eat

I used to love this place but recently they switched to a much cheaper chicken for thier general tsoas and a much cheaper pork and sauce for the boneless spare ribs . It tastes like they added a ton of sugar to the sauce to stretch it out. The sauce really runs the whole experience. Until I find out that they switch back I will no longer be going there .
Hands down my go to chinese restaurant when i'm craving sweet and sour chicken with pork fried rice.The thing that makes Hunan Wok 5 different from every other chinese place, is that it is family run, and they put so much effort to make sure everything is cooked fresh to order. Delicious food and wonderful family owned business.

Have had better. The general tsos chicken was great but we also ordered the poo poo platter and the spare ribs had no meat on them and everything else had way too much breading.
