Workers were very rude and gave terrible customer service

The workers there barely want to work - its usually the afternoon crew minus one lady (wish I knew her name) she was holding it down.
Everyone else make no effort to want to really work.
Fountain drink machine out of order every-time
For the nacho foot long they had no nacho or no container to put them in.
Not well organized or enthusiastic . To work. Need to do better.

Ordered pickup on Uber eats, then proceeded to sit and wait at the location for my food which wouldn't be an issue if they didn't give me a vegi patty sandwhich with no vegi patty on it. It's just beyond ridiculous when you consider that, even if they didn't have vegi patties at the time, they knew i was waiting there and they didn't bother to ask for a substitution or a refund just handed me an empty sandwhich.

I ordered The Beast sub 6” with added bacon, toasted as well as The Spicy Nacho Chicken sub
6” with added bacon, toasted, which they didn’t do correctly as I received them both not toasted and without the added bacon, that I paid additionally for. I called the store and spoke to Emily which she had mentioned that she was the manager at the time being about my issue and she just disregarded everything I said as well as disrespected me by hanging up the phone on me. I don’t recommend this location as they’re rude and careless about your food.

Great spot, this location definitely is a lot better than most. Also, the older gentleman was absolutely phenomenal. He was incredibly sweet and kind. Food was fresh and done quickly!

This Subway doesn’t accept Subway discount coupons. It’s up to the manager to accept or decline them. I no longer eat food from this Subway and I’m happy to drive out of my way to avoid future visits to this establishment.
