Let’s talk food and drinks first! Great location if you’re in Portland or Middletown (right over the Arrigoni Bridge) with plenty of parking in the back. Wish there were more lights and signage from parking lot to door as my partner stated they wouldn’t feel great walking through there alone at night. Also seem to be LGBTQ+ friendly which I really appreciate. My partner and I stopped in because we had a pretzel craving 🥨 we found HopKnot close by and looked at the menu...
I love hop knot. I was disappointed when they closed in Middletown but fortunately they opened a new franchise in Portland just over the Arrigoni bridge!
If you love pretzels, this is definitely your kind of place. They have traditional pretzels, dessert pretzels, and several "entree" style pretzels!

We loved the Miracle Pop-up drinks and food, especially since they had vegan options and were knowledgeable about their products in terms of dietary restrictions. The decorations looked great as well and the staff were friendly even when it got busy.
