Way below average. Trailer was filthy upon arrivel, no running water, twice, for 2 days. TV didn't work, no hot tubs or snack bar. No music by the pool or fun. Golf cart tire needed air. Trash, lots of trash near my family.

The site was to small for my RV, the sewer connection pipe was broken off at the ground, the picnic table is old and needs repair. We came to visit friends and was told that there was a $20.00 dollar charge per person to visit. We will not ever come back. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY. .
