I have been coming here since one of they first days that opened years ago. They still make the best toasted almond I've ever had.

Very disappointed, called and asked if they had a particular flavor and they said yes they did. Not even 10 mins later showed up and they said they were out of it and just switched it over. They could’ve at least told me over the phone that is was low. Made a trip out there for nothing. Poor communication!

I still have guests from our wedding raving about the ice cream. But of course this is no news. The Big Dipper has some of the best ice cream of all time. I am so happy I was able to have a part of my childhood at my wedding. It was so special to me and many of my guests that grew up going to the Big Dipper too. The truck was so fun and the individuals running it were delightful and easy to work with. Book ‘em and bring some of the best ice cream you and your guests will ever have to your special event!!

I called and spoke to a young woman. I asked to speak to a manager or boss of some sort. She put me on hold and came back to say she couldn’t find him. I told her I was calling about an issue with a quart of ice I purchased. She took my name and number. A few days past and he never bothered . Way to care about your customers. Pathetic, ice cream and customer service. They don’t care , because they have money.

Tried this place for the first time last night, and it was delicious! I had the Dubai Chocolate flavor — you taste pistachio in one bite, coconut in the next, and chocolate in another — a perfect blend of flavors, yum!! My husband had the banana flavor and loved it. Generous portions & reasonable prices

Also shoutout to the young employees! We were there at 9:15 pm and it was still busy, but all the staff were smiling & positive & friendly! 😊 Cute old-fashioned decor inside, a few benches outside. Will definitely be back!
