People are very nice however I’ve gotten multiple orders where something was off. Came in today and I ordered a sandwich but they gave me a bagel with cream cheese and still charged me more. I have gone there where the food is cold, my egg still seeming like it was thawing out. Sometimes I get drinks and ask for extra flavoring because it’s different every time I get it, sometimes getting extra flavoring and there still being no flavor at all. Other than that their customer service is amazing and I do think they do a great job in that regard. Only reason why I risk going there and because it is closer.

The Baker's Women are amazing. Extremely fun and friendly staff! As soon as you walk through the door you're greeted with a positive attitude and willingness to talk and feel welcomed. The coffee and donuts are amazing with the crew whipping up new things daily. Sadly my absolute favorite donut is no longer there the HONEYBUN but maybe they'll bring it back for me sometime soon! Either way everything they have is great. I work close and will sometimes stop in just for the fun and positive attitude. I was once married but sadly no more, this is still the best place to go even if the personal memories no longer exist. Everyone should try this place out!

Order a cinna bagel and strawberry frosted dounut for little girl when got the dounut all frost was stuck to bag. They put it in come on common sense people. Went back. Girl says to me what wrong with it. Are you kidding me right now they definatley need better training I told her put it in plastic container. Not that hard 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏
