People are very nice however I’ve gotten multiple orders where something was off. Came in today and I ordered a sandwich but they gave me a bagel with cream cheese and still charged me more. I have gone there where the food is cold, my egg still seeming like it was thawing out. The Baker's Women are amazing. Extremely fun and friendly staff! As soon as you walk through the door you're greeted with a positive attitude and willingness to talk and feel welcomed. The coffee and donuts are amazing with the crew whipping up new things daily. Sadly my absolute favorite donut is no longer there the HONEYBUN but maybe they'll bring it back for me sometime soon! I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏
