“We always go this place, currently sitting in the parking lot. Poor girl may be by herself, we don't know, but she's working so hard and we appreciate how much effort and time she's putting into everything. Service may take awhile during the rush, but she's doing her best. “I’m not going to lie, I don’t get fast food all too often and when I do, I probably have higher standards than is warranted. I come here about 1x month for my mom and I and the food is good, great when it’s real hot and fresh! Also, I’m dining anytime between 2-8p and this place is constantly busy all times of day = nonstop revolving vehicles through the drive though and walk ins yet this place remains consistent.
Whats impressive tho is the level of customer service and hospitality. I’m always greeted with a smile, lots of napkins in bag, little to zero downtime and sometimes extra sauce. At a time when hospitality/ customer service seems to be dying, a little thoughtfulness and courtesy goes a long way for me. I enjoy coming here.“

“Both kids happy meals were messed up. 1 had no chicken and nuggets and the other had a 4 piece instead of a 6. Fries were cold. The sevice could have been better, the associate just kinda tossed the food on table without saying a word. The manager in charge took good care of us and made good on our issues.“

I moved into Killingly about 6 months ago, ever since i clme here atleast once or twice a week, and every single time my guy Eddie treats me with the upmost respect, always has a smile on his face and great energy!! Ive seen him under pressure and man can he handle pressure! Hats off to Eddie for his wonderful work!!!“
