I don't typically like leaving frustrated reviews, but my food is consistently overcooked. I use to frequent the place 5 times a day and it's gotten worse and worse over the years. I'd settle, but last week I decided to give it another shot and my hopes were fulfilled! The Croissant was cooked perfectly for the first time ever! (The Croissants here are always overcooked) and I was happy to think there are new cooks there, but I get another croissant sandwich today and it's very overcooked, and with that I'm done for now with this Dunkin's, and somehow still disappointed after dealing with stuff like this for years
It is April 10, 2025. I just went through the drive-through around 518. Ordered an iced coffee large iced coffee. The lady was very disrespectful and no one should ever talk to someone like that. She was yelling at me saying” I understand your order, just tell me what it is” No one should ever talk to someone like that. Especially to a customer that is coming to their store. Learn how to be nicer.

Just sat at the drive through for 10 minutes trying to take my order with only one customer in front of me i drove back and forth by the speaker and was trying to talk to them with no response. There was no customers inside either also not the first time this has happened at this store never going back
After receiving my daily order off the mobile app which was 11 dollars I asked for a small cup of ice and was charged an extra 35 cents and had to wait in line. I also witnessed a manager being overly scuinizing and harsh with an employee... I will not be returning 🙂

Yes I have to say the last 2 months I been very happy going to Dunkin every morning back 3 months ago I would place mobile order thru drive thru I get there to pick it up store says they open 4:30 it was 5:05 every single morning it was all different times opening I just want to say wow what a great young lady Mrs.Julie is always has my mobile order ready and that store is open every morning I come there what a great person and how friendly she always is.

Idk what’s going on in that Dunkin but I have never had a drink made right.. It don’t have a “favorite” and have tried a lot of different drinks here and they always taste off/wrong? It is consistently bad and sometimes the drinks they hand me are comical (not stirred, off color, etc.) all I can think is there must be poor management and high turnover to the point employees don’t even have time to master the drinks. Also budget extra time, lately have been going to a further Dunkin because it is still quicker. Dingy outside you get to look at while waiting doesn’t help either.

I always go through the drive-thru service was fast and customer service was very polite. And the only reason I go to Dunkin' Donuts now is for their iced coffee if you have not tried their s'mores iced coffee that's a must-have

Dear rude old lady with glasses, don’t put your gloved hands down your jeans then touch food. Aside from being completely disgusting and unhygienic, Every time I go to a coffee when this lady is working it is backed up, her co workers seem miserable around her, she’s slow, lazy, and instead of apologizing for mistakes has excuses, blame, or back talk. Get a new job if you can’t handle it. This Dunkin sucks solely because of one employee and the fact every other customer I interact with while waiting for my order agrees with me should be enough.
Always have a good experience there, the staff is very friendly. They get busy, so sometimes it gets a little slow…it’s to be expected. But Tammy and her crew get it done. Thank you!

I am truly dumbfounded they let a manager be in charge when she just swore about another employee while giving me a credit back. I feel bad for her employees and I spoke up for them today at the front register. Oh and another customer actually thanked me because I guess it's quite often this Tammy has a sour attitude and treats people with little to no respect. Coffee was good, I just feel bad for the other employees!
