Came here for dinner. Very disappointed. The food was hot but some of it was over cooked and dry like the boneless spare ribs and the sodas were flat which was weird until we saw that they were using 2 liter soda bottles to pour drinks so it made sense and the fortune cookie was very stale almost to the point of being chewy, The server was very polite. But as for the quality of the product that was disappointing.

Was passing through the area this evening when I decided to pick up takeout instead of going home to cook. Wish I had I kept driving!! The food was probably the worst Chinese take out I’ve ever had. The large order of sweet and sour chicken came with a 3oz portion of sauce and the chicken was so over cooked it wasn’t edible. The beef teriyaki was also extremely over cooked and tough. Not to mention they were very small. The wonton soup was very oily and contained nothing but soggy wontons. The eggrolls were over cooked. The fried rice was average but very greasy. The chicken lo mein was the only item didn’t gross me out and even that only contained small bits of chicken, onion and noodles. I spent 70$ to feed my family and were alls till hungry because the food was gross. We will never ever go back. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

The first time we went there the owner served us and the service was fast and the food was hot however the second time we went our server was not exactly all put together talked alot while we were eating and we really couldn't even be just us together (felt like a 3rd wheel) way to involved but the food was still good 😊

I've been here twice since moving from Virginia. let me just say that this place blows everything I've tried out of the water! I've now added several items to my comfort food list thanks to Jade Garden.
pork fried rice, chicken tenders, honey chicken, and the springrolls, all of these are a must have!

Rude..the only American working there as the cashier and she needs some lessons in customer service. When I asked to speak to the supervisor Cindy she was pleasant and made me understand why I was being charge $2.85 for a delivery charge when I clearly drove there to pick it up my food. I was charged a dollar for broccoli, but the receipt didnt say that. When you have no patience and the only way you know how to speak to someone is like a 2 year old toddler, I think maybe she should rethink her career options. Maybe the Button factory across the street. The food was dry and after reading the reviews, taste like it was left over from the buffet. It's too bad because they could be a successful restaurant with the right ppl.

Food was not great Szechuan beef was gross the chicken wings were dry and the deep fried breading was tasteless the rice wasn't freshly made even the fortune cookie were stale. The atmosphere was awful listing to a drunk lady swearing and talking about drugs to someone on her phone when I had my 4 year old with me in the empty restaurant. The service was slow and we were like the only ones in the restaurant and her attitude of hurry up and eat so I can get over with the night wasn't great. Honestly I could keep going but just do yourself a favor and go to China Star across the plaza for much better food and service.

The food was very good but the service is so bad that we wouldn't recommend it. We were the only people in the restaurant besides a guy at the bar that came in after us. The two of them were chatting about the news while we waited for her to come take our order. When we got her attention she yelled at us across the dining room and was obviously pissed taking our order. There's another Jade Garden on Danielson CT that is so much better so we will stick to that of we want to dine in.

food was nasty all the way around. Crab rangoons were way over cooked as well as had very little to no filling. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and there was no sweet and sour sauce. the egg roll was also over cooked and the inside was cold. The batter on the chicken was overcooked as well but the chicken inside was not cooked all the way. I ordered this at 12:50 they said it would be 20 minutes. I picked up at 1:15 the food should have been fresh instead of overcooked and stale. Overall terrible experience and I do not recommend.
This place isn't bad for the area. Food in the NE CT area is sparse, and what's here isn't that good honestly, but this place isn't bad, it's small but clean and the service is decently fast.
