When I was a trainer for Ames Dept. Store over 20 years ago I was in charge of putting together an employee party (of sorts) for Thanksgiving. I was given a tight budget and started doing my research when eventually I found Phyllis's. I called her up and after some quick pricing and questions answered I went to her place and placed this very big order for a ridiculously reasonable price. It's a small business, but I know it's reputation. That's why it is worth the wait! I first found out about them when they served Phyllis's Bakery Pastries at the Book Lovers Gourmet in Webster. Then I had to go because of all the delicacies she had. And I was not disappointed. I would go again and again and again to get my pastries and their chocolate eclairs are wonderful.
