Showed up at 2:00 PM on a Friday and the place was closed because they were “behind on a large order.” If a Subway can’t handle making sandwiches — literally the one thing it exists to do — then what’s the point of being open at all? Absolute joke of a location. Don’t waste your time.

Store hours say that they are open until 9 PM. They locked the door at 8:30. I was there at 8:15 and was told that the dining room was closed to eat outside on the picnic table of the business next-door. Where we were then asked to leave the area because we were not paying customers of that establishment.

I was skeptical of the new advertising push to get customers to use the app for orders, but I decided to try it anyway, since it's a little cheaper. My skepticism was well deserved. I've ordered using the app 5x from this location and 4x the order was either late and/or made incorrectly. The employees are mostly very nice, but there needs to be more of them. I entered to pick up my order at 10:30 and the poor, lone employee was struggling to keep up with online orders while another customer came in to order (not using the app) and had to wait. I have consistently felt bad for the employees here. They are working hard, but they are not well managed. Whoever owns this place needs to hire more workers.

I have no qualms with Subway. I've been to two relatively recently. But the whole freshly sliced thing is a scam. Has anyone seen them freshly slicing anything? Sub shops I've been in that DO slice the meat and then use it to make a sandwich. Meat is already in bins and has been sliced maybe that AM. Fresh in that it no longer is shipped to store sliced? (And those people got laid off?) That's an awfully clean slicer behind the counter if they have been slicing meat any time recently.This one, the hourly people that work there are excellent and friendly. No problems there!!!

The blonde girl was sitting in the back eating when we got there. Had to wait to get served even though I was in the same order as the other two sandwiches that were getting made by her. She didn’t even acknowledge that I wanted a sandwich or that I was with the order. Legit had to have the other lady come over and help me because I was looking annoyed. The owner is nice but this is the second time being let down at the same location without the owner being there. My sandwich was toasted and it wasn’t even warm whatsoever. If I wanted a cold sandwich I wouldn’t have gotten it toasted.
