Stopped by totally by chance. We found a parking spot that happened to be in front of the restaurant. Decided to have lunch and it was excellent. Excellent food and the staff were very friendly. I will be back when in Connecticut again.

Not worth going out for 'fine dining' anymore! Ordered a $16 burger, asked for medium rare. Burger was overcooked to medium. Not so very unusual....but what I find offensive is the $2 upcharge for French fries or coleslaw instead of the standard chips they serve. Or if you want something else like sweet spud fries, get out your wallet and pay even more. So I'm expected to cough up $18 for a standard overcooked burger with fries in today's world? Not worth it!!! Stay home folks, and fire up your own grill. Open a bag of potato chips and save yourself almost $20. That's where my mindset is at, after 'enjoying' lunch at this 'standard' establishment. Nothing special. Meh!

Decent nachos. Large portion. However, their website is out of date, which was disappointing. There are several restaurant options in the immediate vicinity and I chose this place because online it says they still brew their own beer, which they don't. The server was apologetic, however they did acknowledge they were aware that the website didn't reflect current options. Do better. Update your website.

Nice place in the growing Putnam downtown. Inside an old railway station, it's decorated with local railroad signs and such. The help staff is great and well attended. They were at our table even with the waitress going on break another came with our main entree. Both were nice and brought us extra napkins and checked in periodically. We had Short Rib Poutain for an appetizer. It was very cheesy and had a good portion of pork and gravy. My wife and I both had fish and chips. The chips here are homemade potato chips and there is so many we left some. Very filling. Third time in five years and gets better.

I stopped for lunch with a good friend. We arrived just before opening and they let us come in & get soda. Our waitress was very attentive & friendly. She kept drinks filled which i really appreciate. The inside decor is very nice perfect as it is an old railway building. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back.

We were waiting for FOREVER!! I do not recommend!! There were 3 different parties walking out and we still couldn't get a table. She kept adding more time onto the wait. I only had 5 people in my party and more than 10 people walked out. At the end when we were leaving she told us that the people didn't matter and it was only the tables that mattered. Again 3 different parties walked out. 0/5. Not even a 1. But in order to post this i need to put a 1.

This is not a brewpub, they haven't brewed beer in almost 4 years, yet their website still says they do.
