I’ve been to 85 Main at least five times. The first time they served me a ravioli butternut squash dish with a salsa verde that was so delicious I regularly dream about it. It was that amazing. Since then I’ve been seeking that same quality and haven’t found it. The oysters with quail egg and tobiko was a complete miss, tasting like a latrine. The Mac and cheese was ruined by mushy carrots. Excellent food and service was great! I had the crab cakes and my husband had miso soup for an appetizer and sushi for his entree. Everything was delicious and perfect! Such a hidden gem in Putnam! We will be back!
