Amazing food! I'm very grateful to have such a quality place so close to me. Everyone who works there is friendly and I will occasionally eat there 7 days a week.
Just found this amazing little store that has an amazing deli. Had chicken cutlet sandwich and went back and had an eggplant grinder. They carry breads and treats from Terranova Bakery from Arthur Avenue the Bronx. Happy 😃
When in the area this is our go to spot for lunch
We ordered the Wild Hog Burger. Just as feedback to help, the group of us who ordered this would have preferred either a hard roll or bulky type roll and had a larger burger with more pulled pork and bbq sauce and also a side of coleslaw. The tiny hamburger and bun made it more like a snack for a grown man. We also would gladly pay an extra couple bucks for a larger portion.

Pignone's Redding Ridge Market & Deli is a historic establishment that has been serving the community for nearly 200 years. This charming general store and delicatessen offers a wide range of prepared foods, including sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads, and baked goods. The deli uses high-quality ingredients and Boar's Head products to create delicious meals. The "Helen Keller" and "Coach Morros" sandwiches are highly recommended, featuring fresh-tasting ingredients and great bread. The market also offers a variety of groceries for customers to purchase. With its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, Pignone's is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. Whether you're looking for a quick breakfast or a meeting spot for business discussions, Pignone's Redding Ridge Market & Deli is a great choice. While the food is generally good and the place is well-organized and clean, some customers have noted that it can take a while to prepare orders, especially during busy times. Navigating the small kitchen and ordering process can lead to longer wait times, but the variety of options makes it worth it. Some items, like the classic Italian chicken cutlet with proshoot, can be hit or miss; for example, if heated, the chicken may separate from the breading. Despite these minor issues, many find that with a little more focus, the deli could become even better considering its steady traffic.
