Bbq meats were quite good. Service was friendly and efficient. Sides were pretty good also - collard greens were too salty though. Cornbread was tasty although small. Sauces were awful - vinegary and all tasted alike.
We have been here a few times and ordered take away once. The food is decent and the service is friendly. They have really solid specials and the fried pickles are delicious. We normally sit at table, however this time we sat at a booth. The table in the booth had vintage images on it and much to my dismay one was dixie flag themed boldly in the corner. We got up and switched booths. Even if the owners are fine with that display, many people are offended. I pick my values over...
I grabbed lunch here today with a buddy. Very cool place with both indoor and outdoor seating. I went with the half chicken with side salad and collard greens. Chicken was perfect. Good greens too, very tender and tasty. Good service as well. I used to go to Dino BBQ in Stamford. The Wire Mill’s BBQ is superior. Keep smoking fellas!
