The food was great. The vegetables were fresh, and the chicken was savory. There are too many choices on the menu. It's hard to decide what to get. There was plenty of staff working in the kitchen and behind the counter. The atmosphere was not the best. It has a small eating area with several tables. And the bathroom is right in the middle. Baja is an absolutely delicious and fresh option right in the heart of Ridgefield. Every time I order one of their yummy burrito bowls, I am always blown away by how fresh all of the ingredients are. All I have to say is, Chipotle who? :)

Unfortunately they left the Serrano ranch sauce off the Baja which would have made it taste different than the Cortez. So it tasted like Cortez, only undercooked and bland. I couldn’t eat it.
