I just ordered a coffee and a cup of water at Dunkin Donuts. The server asked if I wanted ice so I said sure. Then I was charged $1.29 for a cup of water with ice.
I was in shock so I asked for a refund!
My family spends $10/day at a Dunkin. I can not believe the audacity to charge a customer for a cup of water.
I would happily pay $.25 for the cup, but $1.29 is incredibly petty for Dunkin to charge this for a loyal customer.
We have been going there for years. The new location is even better. Excellent ice cream.

They have no powdered. jelly. donuts. W.t.f. And I mean not ever. Not like they just ran out, as in they never had them in that particular DD. Just wow.

The employees are always so kind here and they make the drinks right 98% of the time, when they don’t you tell them and they fix it without hesitation. It’s very clean and I see a group of older guys always hanging out here as there hang out spot. Very sweet.

Coffee for 4 was made in less than 10 minutes. Impressive. Just not all 4 tasted the same. Fast and could be better.
Got my food order horribly wrong. Ordered a half dozen donuts with the app. Got all donuts I didn't ask for. While they got the coffees right. Somehow ended up with a bagel with cream cheese instead of a egg and cheese.
This location is friendly & efficient. The coffee always tastes fresh & delicious.

Went into Dunkin to grab 5 coffee's. The young man at the register took my order. They only made 4 coffees. I explained the missing coffee order to the young woman. She said I was never charged for the 5th coffee. Then calls me over to pay for it saying, "Is that okay." I answered back no it's not because I ordered it the first time and he didn't do his job. Derogatory comment was made in Spanish from the people behind the counter. Completely unacceptable. If you can't understand English you shouldn't be at the register and when you make a mistake you should own it. Apologize and make it right. Not turn it around on the paying customer.

Stale EVERYTHING, and you best brush up on your Spanish. Worst Dunkin Donuts in the area.
My wife's a fan. I'm more Starbucks. Luckily they're close!
I really like this place it’s super convenient but lately the staffing just isn’t it. They are kind of unprofessional and rude. I went by at around 5 today and saw some staff sitting with their feet up on the tables and when I walked up they were reluctant to come help me, when they did, they gave me the wrong muffin. I had a long, stressful day at work so it’s on me that I didn’t go back and ask for the right Muffin but it shouldn’t be up to me to fix that sort of thing. Do better please
