I work in their neighborhood and we (colleagues and I) all love to go there to grab coffee and treats....The staff there is always friendly and polite, but unfortunately they are always so terribly short staffed that we often have to walk away due to the length of our lunch break. The other day, there was one lady working and a whole line close to the door. It definitely is not a good business strategy!!

The toasted bagels we ordered were not toasted. There were no straws in the bag when we got in the car but we had already left. And the kid working the counter, approximately 4 ft 9 in tall, male, Hispanic had just a terrible terrible attitude.

Friendly staff, but unforgivably awful donuts. Literally a brick today. Last time the glazed donut wasn't glazed. You can try to get help from Dunkin, but they treat you rudely and purposely hang up on you instead.

Completely bad service, lying employees who when you politely ask for the bathroom say that you are angry, the employees and even the manager are not friendly. It is a public place which does have a bathroom and it is good because I have used it on several occasions when it has had other management. But today it is noticeable that it is the employees or the management themselves that do not like to provide it, I agree with the people who come in and do not consume but for clients who buy and even more so for clients who consume regularly it should not be like that. I hope that the Dunkin chain reviews cases like those of this location and takes action or even the owner of the property.

It is customary to have a restroom at a large gas station / Dunkin' Donuts location like this, and it's not a bad neighborhood. Do yourself a favor amigo, open up the restrooms for your customers.
