My husband and I went on a spontaneous date night and he was in charge of the restaurant. He chose Eddies and let me tell you they did not disappoint! We shared a medium half pineapple half bacon pizza well done and two crisp diet cokes. The staff was delightful and the pizza was just so delicious. I can’t wait to come back ! Oh I can’t forget the starter bread… I don’t know what kind of bread that was but it did not last 2 minutes.

All I wanted was to order some quick takeout after a busy day. Figured I'd give these guys a shot. The two small pizza's I ordered showed up 15 minutes earlier than expected and were completely amazing! Pretty sure Eddie's is getting all my future pizza business. Good job guys!

The seafood pasta was riddled with broken shells, making it nearly inedible. Every bite required spitting out sharp fragments. After just three bites, I brought the issue to the server—who appeared to be the owner—only to be met with complete indifference. His response? “I can’t help it. That’s what it is.” No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation. He belatedly offered to let me order a different dish, but by then, the damage was done—I had already lost my appetite and patience. When he finally took the dish away, I walked out, utterly disappointed. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was astonishing.

Went on an admittedly busy night. It was the night of the Ridgefield Stroll. 8 teen girls and me; we had a reservation, which was honored. The food was just simply below average. Pizza was average fare, wings were frozen breaded type, poor. The server was nice, but too busy and forgot too many things, like the Shirley temple for the birthday girl. Had to ask again for it. Worst part was the speed of the food coming out of the kitchen. Almost an hour for pizzas and a few other bits. Nothing came out together, everything staggered. Forgotten items, items made incorrectly, and the last food item didn’t come till everyone else was done because either the server didn’t place the order or the kitchen lost the order. It was very unclear. Server told me they have too many take out orders and the kitchen can’t keep up. Atmosphere is terrible. It actually has no atmosphere, couldn’t be more dull.

Disappointing, to say the least. We have been coming to this restaurant for nearly five years, largely because of the exceptional service provided by our server, Marcio. However, the restaurant is in serious need of updates—there's no ambiance, no music, and only two small televisions playing soccer games, which seem to cater more to the staff than the customers. The real issue, though, is the declining quality of the food. It’s become inconsistent, and recently, when we mentioned the food tasted old and unappetizing, the owner responded by telling us not to order that dish because "that’s just how it’s made here." As a business owner myself, I found this response highly unprofessional. After the other customers had left, I approached the owner privately to express my concerns. The lack of food quality and consistency is a significant problem for this restaurant, and I sincerely hope the owner takes these issues seriously to better serve the Ridgefield, CT, community. Customer service and food quality are the foundation of any successful dining experience, and improvements in these areas are urgently needed.

My husband ordered a drink and it was made incorrectly. The waiter came and told my husband it was wrong and fixed it without us having to ask. The pepperoni pizza was fabulous. The Chicken Parm and pasta was generous.

Eddies is a competitively valued option in the area. Their garden salad pizza is a choice option for vegans. Their salads are decent too.I don’t like seeing veal on the menu. Seems a bit old fashion this way.The staff is friendly and courteous. I keep coming back. The bottomline is that most peoplr will enjoy this spot.

Vegetarian options: Veal on the menu is a turn off. The garden salad pizza and salad are vegan options.
