My mum and I went into this store and while Leaving my mother said thank you, and the owner replied so lovely to her very sweet voice and when I said thank you heading out after my mother she goes “THANKS” in an Ogre voice. So one star for different treatment for absolutely no reason

So I’ve actually never been here or ordered anything from here before. However, after calling about 15 places looking for a specific cake last minute, going through the list on google, I called here and the woman who answered informed me that they don’t make cakes. She proceeded to ask me what I was looking for, and was so kind, offering suggestions, recommendations, different options. I ended up finding a place on my next call thanks to her! Just truly so kind, that I felt inclined to write this review. Thank you so much and wishing you much success!

I had such a lovely experience with the owner today. She was so welcoming and helpful. She had an assortment of items and baked goods. She also took the time to listen to me and offered suggestions of delicious places to eat around town (I moved here recently). I will be back.

I've bought some nice upscale teas here for a gift several years in a row. Owner is SUPER friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed when I walk in and as a single guy I can't say that about certain places.

I called at 10:30 a.m. and got the owner. I said you are my wife's favorite Bakery and I want to come down and get some cupcakes for her birthday. she said she was late opening but would be there by 11(an hour late) I drove rather far out of my way to get to my wife's favorite Bakery and when I got there to buy cupcakes she told me they don't sell cupcakes they only sell cookies and sent me to a place down the road. I could have easily bought cupcakes in Norwalk I assume, and was rather frustrated because I did not have the hour to spare around trip on my wife's birthday. I suppose the fact that she wasn't listening to me at all could have been understandable if she had been just a standard employee but to find out it was the owner was disappointing.

My friends and I recently stumbled upon Elizabella's on a visit to Ridgefield. We had a fabulous shopping experience. The owner was welcoming and knowledgable. She made recommendations without being pushy. Her packaging is lovely.

Charming little store where you will find lots of beautiful items for you kitchen. Owner has little pastries that are out of these world. I love the petite-fours!
The owner is fantastic and the almond cookies are heavenly! Absolute perfection. She was also very patient and accommodating in working with me to put together a holiday gift of dozens of individually wrapped cookies so that our family could say thanks in a COVID-friendly way. Every store in Ridgefield is a delight, but this one is a true gem. Thank you!

I found my new favorite cupcake shop in Ridgefield! After purchasing cupcakes from another popular shop in town and getting stale cupcakes on one too many occasions, I heard from a friend that this was the place to go. Boy am I glad I listened. While the flavors are limited, her frosting is to die for. While placing my order several Moms came in looking to buy cookies with their children. I don't know why I haven't popped in here earlier? Such a cute little shop to boot!
