I ordered delivery tonight, and the order was WILDLY incorrect. When I called about it, no one could provide an answer and finally the owner got on the phone and had the gall to accuse the Grubhub driver of stealing my food, then debate me about it, and made no substantive effort to correct the issue. Terrible customer service, and lesson learned. From now on, we'll stick to getting our take-out from Genoa.
Update: After posting this, we realized that the "calzone" in the order was a loaf of bread stuffed with cheese. So between paying $20 for a shrimp parmigiana dish and getting a sandwich instead, and the fake calzone, this was a disaster and makes the response of the restaurant that much more unacceptable.
I’ve stopped here for breakfast on the way into work almost every other day for the last 3 years. Order the same sandwich every time and I’ll get what I ordered maybe 1/5 times.

Honestly the orders are always wrong, and the customer service isn’t that great, food is decently good and made fast. My biggest complaint is that when ordering a sandwhich I asked for the standard lettuce, tomatos, mayo, and pickles(usually these things are complimentary or free other places) however here they charge $1 or $1.25 each. My opinion but def shouldn’t cost $18 for a turkey and cheese sub

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered two sandwiches and the employee was eating food with gloves on, then used the SAME gloves to touch the bread and other ingredients.

Both welcoming and well priced, this deli has become part of my schedule as I normally get breakfast or lunch while on break. Each staff member is very kind and it’s the only deli that I feel comfortable talking with the workers. They have a bakery that makes the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had! Parma the best in Ridgefield CT.

The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the mouth-watering smell of freshly baked goods and the coolest eating area that’s both cozy and very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes you feel right at home. Now, let’s talk about the food and sandwiches always fresh and delicious my favorite is the Parma prosciutto-OMG! They’re the perfect balance of crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside with yummy sauce options. But my friends favorite is their baked goods! The dessert. Strawberry short cake, chocolate chip cookies. Thank you Parma ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place has gone so far downhill. The service is terrible, the employees are rude, the food is marginal and anything baked there is almost always stale. The comparisons to Arthur Avenue are an abomination. I can’t believe it succeeds in Ridgefield.
