Terrible experience. I ordered several pizzas to go and was waiting for over an hour. The staff keep saying the order is on the way. I had enough time watching them, all running around, disorganized, grabbing cooked food without gloves. My first and last time there. There are plenty other pizza places that have better service and attitude!

Sorry but if you can’t answer the phone you don’t get the business. I don’t want to download your app to get pizza. Please hire a human. We ordered 850 degrees instead. A human answered the phone immediately and no offense but the local wood fire pizza has better flavor anyway. Planet Pizza does not exemplify small town spirit. It is just another corporate chain.

This place wrongly delivered food to our doorstep which was ordered by a neighbor with similar address. I called and brought the issue up to them. Since food was outside for some time Planet pizza willingly offered to make a new batch and ship to originator (person that had ordered it) When my neighbor called Planet pizza , front desk informed them that we had accepted their food and kept it which is clearly not the case!!

I love Planet Pizza and especially this one in Ridgefield. The food is always great. The management is very nice helpful, and professional. They are willing to do whatever they have to do to please the customer. There is always relatively fast service even when they are busy, which is surprising for how busy they get say on like a Friday or Saturday evening. I have never had a bad experience here. Overall, this is one of the best places to eat if you like pizza. If you like chicken marsala pizza, I highly recommend it at Planet Pizza.

The staff couldn't have been more friendly. I visited just before they closed. Rather than giving a deep sigh + begrudgingly asking what they could get for me - I was greeted with smiles + happy workers. GOTTA LOVE THAT! Conveniently located right on Main Street + parking right outside the door. Only thing that I noticed is that it's so busy, that I find it difficult to relax over my meal.
Parking: The later in the day you go, the easier it is to find street parking. Do be careful, Main Street can be rather busy in Ridgefield.
Wheelchair accessibility: Although there is a handicapped parking spot directly outside their front door, you must go up 1 step to enter the restaurant. There is no wheelchair ramp. Although, in the warm weather they do offer sidewalk dining, so there's no need to enter the building.

They hire criminals, One employee name Bryan stole 500$ from me and still has a job in this pizza shop. I would never support a business who welcomes thieves!
