Along with great food and service was nice that on a Sunday night it is not as loud so atmosphere just added to great evening.
The quality of food is outstanding. We have eaten here several times and never disappoints. The vibe is great although a little noisy. We had the lamb and filet and was best we ever had. Will be back soon.
Great food and ambiance. Very expensive so not a place we go regularly but we do enjoy coming here
This was our first visit to Posa. It was outstanding in every way. Alex at the bar treated us like old friends and could not have been more attentive. The food was outstanding! Highly recommend & we will be back!
Had my mom’s funeral reception here, as well as my grandfather’s two years ago. Incredible food, attentive staff, could not have had a better experience. Thank you Posa, for making an incredibly sad day so much better.

Excellent food & service. Everyone enjoyed their meal & commented on how they will be back!
Our pre show dinner this week was excellent. Service, food and wine were all terrific. Of note was a sublime Mela de Finocchio salad combining crisp apple, matchstick fennel, quality aged Parmesan Reggiano and sprinkled with crisp walnuts and lightly dressed in high quality olive oil. Simply beautifully presented..outstanding. Our shared pizza was rendered from their oven on amazing crust with satisfying punches of flavor. Dessert apple tart was the perfect ending to a great dinner. My only regret was not having a bigger appetite! Next time...
We have eaten many times at POSA. It is one of our favorite restaurants in town. The food is always excellent as is the service. Our party was celebrating an 80tieth birthday and the POSA staff did everything to make the occasion special.
Simply the finest Italian in CT! Every item is filled with flavor that pops in the best of ways. Starts with amazing specialty drinks at a stunning and well-stocked bar. Come early to take full advantage. Bread basket so light and tasty! Had many apps, but the polpette stands out. All their pizzas are so perfect, you'll be sad once you finish that there's none left! The margherita is unmatched. And meals? Homemade pastas have the ideal sauces for a delightful dish experience. The gnocchi is the best I've ever had, the tagliatelle with truffle is a favorite, and the tonnarelli is out of this world! Add to all this an attentive staff and delightful ambience, and there's just no better place!!

First visit, was excited to see the Wine Cave storage system but disappointed to hear that it was out of order. Things got better. Polite but low pressure attention and an excellent shrimp and calamari appetizer set the tone for a very enjoyable meal. Will be back
The food and service were excellent, but we literally had to shout at each other to be heard. We won't return unless they do something about the noise level.
We love it here and the food and service never disappoint. It was a Friday night at 7:30 so naturally it was busy however I think that's a great sign. He sat at the bar and the bartender who took care of us was fantastic. They make really good seasonal drinks that my husband and I both enjoyed. My only complaint for this restaurant is that when you have a reservation you still sometimes have to wait up to 20 minutes. That happened to us yesterday that's why we sat at the bar. But it won't stop us from returning.
We traveled up from Manhattan to eat at POSA. Authentic Italian restaurant that transported us back to dining in southern Italy. Pasta made in house with scampi was exceptional. Fresh fish prepared expertly. Mozzarella straight from Campania and charcuterie was abundant. POSA might be the most real Italian restaurant, not only in Connecticut, but possibly the New York area. Definitely coming back
Here in Ridgefield, there are many options for Italian food. Posa was different. It had an understated elegance to the room and vibe that makes it different. We had excellent Pizzas, as was the Conolo dessert. This was our first time, and we are definitely going to go back.
