I went into this store to try out the bagels. They have a wide selection of bagels. There is also a connected second store with tables and on Saturday morning they had a Jazz group the trombone was wonderful the bagels were delicious and we'll be back regularly to refill. People at the tables seem to be enjoying themselves with Bagel sandwiches lox Etc period definitely a first class Bagel Bakery. There are other things on the menu and for sale in the refrigerator but I'll have to get them later on my next visit.

You should really listen to the constructive criticism instead of defending bad service and rock hards bagels. Maybe rethink the people behind the counter.
